We have 3 cats and 1 dog and we just recently moved to the area from the Northeast. We made an appointment to have our fur babies seen to get established with a vet. We could not be happier with the level of care and patience shown by all of the workers here. Great location and easy to bring our 75 pound golden into without crazy run-ins with aggressive animals. Highly recommended by both of us. They treat our babies as if they were their own

I'm here from NY helping my mama recover from surgery and her 100lb Great Pyrenees mix incurred an injury. They got her right in, were fast and efficient, offered me water, and were amazing with her, as well as me. Definitely would recommend this place for your fur baby.

They are absolutely wonderful here. My dog is usually quite nervous at the vet, but the staff knows exactly how to make her feel safe and comfortable. During our last visit, she was actually more excited than anxious! I’ve been coming here for a long time and have nothing but positive things to say

On Friday, November 7th, my 18yr old cat, Lucky crossed over the animal rainbow bridge. 😿 While the situation was horrible for me, the staff was great to me and Lucky. My neighbor brought her to C.A.H. after she went to check on her and saw her in distress after I called her to check on Lucky. I left work to immediately go to C.A.H. They kept Lucky going for me with an IV and Oxygen. The Vet & Techs met with me in an examination room and gave me the bad news that she was suffering and slowly dying. They took me in to see her, I knelt down beside her and she gave me two meows as to say goodbye longtime friend. That broke me! I told the Vet I didn't want to see her suffer anymore and they administered the appropriate medications while I stayed by her side petting her. I was a bit of a mess but they were great to me. They put me in their grieving room too to gather myself a bit and brought me in her paw prints, nose print and some of her fur in a tiny clear bottle. I can't say enough good things about how good C.A.H. was to me and Lucky over the years since moving to Conway four years ago. I could be a pain in their side on occasion, but I cared alot about Lucky. I have to Thank the entire staff for their dedication to all pets!! They have a difficult job to do and I know I couldn't do it. I was glad they were there when I needed them in an Emergency situation.

We have been taking our rescue Golden there for two years. Unfortunately, we had to make a compassionate decision. The staff at the CAH was very supportive and did a cremation. We were not expecting such a beautiful memorial to be returned when we came to collect her ashes. Thank you. She was our third rescue, and we will honor her memory by taking another rescue dog.

My first time bringing in my guinea pigs here was an experience that I'll hate forever because I voiced what was wrong and ended up getting charged for medication for the sick guinea AND the healthy one. One of my piggies ended up passing away three years ago and I called to tell them with me crying, no ounce of sympathy from them. My last piggy passed away last Thursday and again, I called screaming and crying to tell them what happened, AND no sympathy or help trying to calm me down. Just wanted to speak on prices about cremation or burying her... like how am I supposed to know right now?! Customer Service definitely needs to be improved especially if someone has a sick or loss of their fur baby because I'm pretty sure you would want the same. Luckily, I have neighbors that care and helped me and my child give her a going away memorial, where she can be with her sister and my heavenly daughter! **To the lady I spoke with today, I don't take well with threats!**
