VetSelect Animal Hospital of Commerce Township

I have many experiences with many vets (animal field employee), and let me tell you this place is amazing. I "inherited" a very large German shepherd from my work, he has been going to Vetselect since he was 8 weeks old. I got his ENTIRE 78 page medical history faxed to me, read the entire thing, and was very surprised at the amount of notes and care and follow-ups and details that were made throughout his entirety of being a patient here. Dr. Flood and Lindsey have known Chewy his entire life and they are always so patient and gentle with him, even when he is wound up. He typically gets the big room but today he was calm and gentle enough to be in a smaller room. He and I met a new doctor today, I cannot remember her name, but the fact that she didn’t show any fear or intimidation by my 120 pound fur missile was astounding. They are fantastic. Thank you guys for helping Chewy’s veterinary experience always be positive.

Dr. Sabita was absolutely incredible with our little guy. He had just lost his brother the weekend before, and we wanted to be sure he was healthy. Dr. Sabita was patient, compassionate, and extremely thorough, taking the time to explain everything in detail. We’re so grateful to have her caring for him.

Extremely friendly, helpful, prompt, professional, and personable! Highly recommend to take your pets here! We took our rescue doggy here, they got us in within a week and were very reasonable price wise! They gave us information, recommendations, and a wonderful sense of security knowing they were there for us as new pet owners!

Dr. Sabita’s background and knowledge are extraordinary- she brings a level of insight and care that comes from years of study, research, and hands-on experience. She’s one of the most compassionate and knowledgeable vets I’ve ever met. Dr. Sabita takes time to explain everything clearly, even drawing things out so you truly understand your pet’s health and options. She’s thoughtful, thorough, and genuinely willing to collaborate with specialists when needed to give her patients the best possible care. The techs and front desk team are also wonderful- kind, gentle, and always welcoming. VetSelect of Commerce is an amazing clinic, and I’m so grateful for the care they’ve given to both my cat Shiloh and me. 💛🐱

Dr. Flood is our primary vet at VetSelect, but we worked with Dr. Sharpe on a dental procedure/extraction today and are very happy with the care our dog received. All the techs are incredibly patient and knowledgeable, and everyone works together to help us (human and dog client) feel comfortable. We drive out to VS Commerce from our home in Ferndale because we love the vet staff here.

As a first time dog owner of a younger rescue, I didn't know what vet was good or bad. I am SO grateful to have gotten so lucky with such an amazing team of women who truly love what they do and are always there to help in any way possible. All the employees are incredibly comforting and understanding of your feelings and concerns as a dog owner. My girl Bev really loves to see everyone and is always treated with the upmost care and love. So glad I found such an amazing Vet. ❤️❤️❤️ Much Love ❤️❤️❤️
