I had a great experience during my recent visit. The enitre staff was professional and friendly, which made everything go smoothly. I'd especially like to recognize Jelly - she was attentive, welcoming and took the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly. Her care and professionalism really stood out. Healthy Pets of West Columbus is fantastic. Dr. Queler and his amazing team are kind, thorough, and genuinely care about both pets and owners. They explain everything clearly, never rush you, and make every visit feel easy. It’s the kind of clinic where you know your pet is in great hands.
Dr. Queler and the staff at Healthy Pets of West Columbus are consummate professionals. My Golden Retiever almost died after an extended stay (9 days) at a local boarder. He had lost an extensive amount of weight and his stomach twisted (GDV). This will kill a dog fast. Dr. Queler was able to diagnose him quickly and save his life via surgery. Without his quick analysis and experience gained over many years, this likely wouldn't have been the result. I'll trust Dr. Queler with any of my pets now and in the future.
It’s the perfect place if you want your dog left alone overnight and a phone call the next day that the healthy young pup you dropped off the day before has passed. You shouldn’t even be in business.
I called Healthy Pets in a bit of a panic. I have a 6-year-old German Shepherd. He is fear reactive. I had called my old vets office and very long story; they had me medicate my dog-so I did- and then called me back and wanted to sedate him for an exam. I refused and then called Healthy Pets. I thankfully was able to get him in with Dr. Blazek. WOW!!!!! What an amazing experience!!! From the front desk team to the vet tech and Dr. Blazek. They are beyond wonderful. We had such an amazing experience. So happy to find a vet and team, that are so kind and caring. I truly appreciate every single person we encountered and happy to call Dr. Blazek our new vet!! THANK YOU!!!!!!
Dr. Queler made my dog very comfortable when she was both scared and afraid. The entire staff was friendly. I'll bring all of my animals here for care. Thank you!
Wow! I was at the temporary Healthy Pets of West Columbus location this week while their new location is being built, and it is incredible. If the temporary location is this nice, I can only imagine how amazing the new location coming soon to 3500 W. Broad will be!
