I absolutely love this place because of the people in it! They take exceptional care of my sweet Maddie girl! But outside of that, they take their time with me as a pet parent! They take the time to talk with me and listen to me! Im comfortable asking questions and discussing my baby's treatment plan with open minds and hearts!! That is priceless! They are all such great people! From the front desk, to the vet, and EVERYONE in between, I can't thank you enough for what you do for me and my sweet baby girl!!
The vet on duty was ace. But my dog is very scary. She relieved herself on the tech's shoes in the back room. I could hear the commotion and she yelled out my dog could get euthanized for all she cared and some other comments. I've never had such an experience at this location and really thought I could trust them with my crazy scared fur baby. Now I'm revisiting that belief. And yes, my dog was muzzled, they've treated her numerous times, I repeatedly recommended deeper sedation on previous vidits, and here we are. Even though they are overpriced, I didn't mind because I believed my babies were in good hands. I have four cats and a dog. Three of my animals have gone there due to age- senior cat, illness- another cat, and neurotic dog - need higher skilled vet to manage fear. Front desk person is consistently a sweetheart. Their techs are varying degrees of compassion, and their vets have mostly been good to great.
I had very good experiences with my cat and dog until recently called three times after spending $1,700 for surgery and trying to make appointment for euthanasia as cancer came back after 3 months. Three times put on hold gave my number to call me back as was aggravated they couldn't talk to me!!. I'm looking for some other options. Don't know what happened but obviously can't talk to clients unless emergency. Done with them. I've been there so many times but all of a sudden can't answer my phone calls unless emergency. Sorry Dr. Mal you need better staff who cares and answers the phone.
We are very grateful to Two Notch Animal Clinic to working us in as a walk-in on a Saturday even though we were not established patients. Our kitten received great care, and the staff was very kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend this practice, especially as an alternative to an emergency vet on the weekend and for general animal care!
I got a bad vibe right out the gate. I saw a cat chillin on the counter (not a problem at all) but I caught some bad attitudes by announcing that my giant dog isn’t cat friendly. The staff were super unfriendly and seemed borderline angry. They were quite unprofessional. Then, the smell hit me. I realize it’s a vet, but sanitation in clinical environments is paramount. This smell was an accumulation of long time neglect to uphold standards. The third red flag arose when they were clearly unapologetically late and disorganized. I trust my instincts and left without receiving the service. I’d seen enough.
It was a great experience. They treat us and our dog great! Plus, being open on Saturdays is a huge help since work schedules can make it difficult to get proper and timely care. Would DEFINITELY recommend and will be using them for all future pet care needs.
We had a good visit with our sick dog. The vet spent time with us telling us what tests they wanted to perform, the purpose of each test, and the results of each test, and what medications were needed. The vet also helped us brainstorm potential exposure routes for our dog. While not definitive, it was helpful and has us thinking about what we can do to help keep our dog safe. The meds worked great and our dog has recovered quickly.
