Amazing vet! They are very sweet and informative. My dog gets reactive at the vet and they went above and beyond to handle his behavior and took extra steps to keep him comfortable.
Today was our first visit with one of my Huskies. Mom got her days mixed up and came a week early, however they still squeezed us in! Dr Rose and her staff were sooo nice and knowledgeable. One of my dogs has Epilepsy and she was able to answer all of my general questions about vaccines in regard to his condition. I could not be happier. Dr Rose is a great Veterinarian and made my dog feel at ease for his labs and vaccinations.
We’ve been with Claremont Ranch Animal Hospital for years - they supported us with compassion through the final years of our elderly dogs' lives, and have since provided excellent care for our puppies (who are now four years old!) and we couldn’t be happier with the continued care from Dr. Rose and her team. One of our girls has a chronic dermatitis issue ever since we adopted her, and Dr. Rose has been incredibly supportive in guiding us through diagnostics and finding a treatment that’s made a huge difference in her quality of life. From spays and injuries to allergies and tummy troubles, the entire staff has been consistently helpful and knowledgeable! Dr. Rose and her team handle our dogs with such gentleness & kindness that they never get anxious about being at the vet. Trust and confidence in your veterinarian is SO important, and it’s why we wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Rose and Claremont Ranch Animal Hospital!
My fur babies love this place. I have tried to go to every clinic in Colorado Springs, They are either over priced or have bad practice. But not this place. Yes, Claremont is a little booked out. but for the quality of their service, the knowledge of Doctor Rose, and the kindness of her staff out weighs any clinic I have been too, Also outweighs a little bit of a wait. Everyone is booked out right now anyway. Why not wait to go to the best. They only have one Doctor who has done everything for my pet. If you like high quality care and a personal relationship with your vet go here. Thank you Claremont for everything you have done for my pets. <3
Dr. Rose and her staff are the most compassionate pet lovers that I have ever known! They have cared for our two dogs, Sabrina and Maximus. We recently had to let our Sabrina cross over the rainbow bridge. Dr. Rose and each member of her staff sent us a very heartfelt card. We will always be grateful to Dr. Rose and her veterinarian staff. Thank you so much for remembering our sweet Sabrina.
I’ve said it once and I’ll say it again. I absolutely love Dr. Rose and her amazing staff. I brought my kitten in for his neuter and asked if there were any cancelations that day to see my frenchie for an eye issue. Mid day they called to say there was! And they gave me a slot that worked out perfect so I could pick my kitten up at the same time to save me a trip. Dr. Rose is quick, efficient, and an expert in her field. I live in Falcon where there are plenty of vets but I make the drive to see her because she’s the only one I trust with my zoo of animals. If you don’t like the late policy that’s unfortunate. As a health care provider I get that making the exception for one late person is a slippery slope to repeat offenders setting the whole day behind for other clients and the staff. I make sure to arrive 5-10 mins before my actual appointment time and have never had an issue. Be respectful and you will get your pet taken care of 10 fold.
We’ve been going to Claremont for about a year now. On July 5 our beautiful 2 year old Golden, Finnegan, collapsed and had a seizure and died in front of me. It was a horrible experience for me and my family. I had just had him in to see Dr Rose 3 days prior and she said he looked fantastic. On Monday the 7th I called the office to let them know what happened and asked if Dr Rose could call and talk through what may have caused his death. Which we don’t believe had anything to do with his care at Claremont. The receptionist seemed unsure how to help me and kept saying she needed a report from the place we took him for cremation. I didn’t understand why, but I provided her with the info. By Friday the 11th, I still hadn’t received a call from anyone at Claremont so I asked my husband to call as I was still too upset to talk through it again. He spoke to the receptionist who said they couldn’t provide us with a diagnosis. We never asked for a diagnosis, we asked to speak to the vet about possible causes. We were sad and in shock and just wanted someone who could offer us some possible causes for his death. We were referred to Dr Rose by someone who has had great experiences with the clinic, so we were surprised and saddened that Dr Rose couldn’t take the time to call us. We’re very disappointed and planning to look elsewhere for future care of our pets.
