Needed to get a second opinion for my dog Luna about if surgery was needed sooner rather than later and was feeling a little bit defeated with the information her previous vet had given me. I quickly looked into a new vet and found this location and made an appointment with Dr Samantha Hendricks. And I must say I was so impressed with her and the vet tech Amanda! They made everything so easy and readily available for my dogs care and they showed true genuine compassion, care and concern for my Luna girl! They gave me quick and carefully thought out plan of care with explanations for everything down to the last detail! Can’t thank them enough! Would highly recommend to anybody with a furry friend in need!

Such a clean environment. Love the fact that everyone is is fear free, so the approach to medicine and husbandry care is light-years better than other vets I've been to. They are willing to listen to your concerns and help find the best possible options for care. Cleanliness is also quite impressive. There is no stray fur floating around or dust on any equipment. Highly recommended

Been coming here for over 5 years now. Dr. Brizendine is the best vet I’ve ever met. She’s also the friendliest and most understanding. The entire staff is amazing! They make you and your pet feel special from the minute you walk through the door until you walk out. They all work together so well and you’re never left to wonder what the heck is going on; they’re informative and they are always good with answering questions. I’ve literally never had a bad experience here. I’ve recommended them to all of my friends with pets. You will be glad you brought your pets here!

My girl Pookie does not like vet treatment. Her doctor , Dr Moore and the staff at Briargate are the best at getting her treatment done. They are proactive with any issues and very conscience of what is needed and what can wait. We just had dental work and a nail repaired and the whole staff is awesome, Pookie will not go to any other doctor.

Fantastic vet clinic, and Dr Hendricks is the best. Took care of an emergency scare and then follow up treatments for one of my dogs. And also accommodating for a bit of an anti-social pet owner who tries to limit the number of visits each month. Staff are all super responsive and remain professional even in the face of unprofessional clients who can’t read emails or policies.

The team and Dr's are always tuned in to me pets needs and remember my pets likes and quarks. Gracie loves balls. So it was fun to walk into her exam room and see different balls, that she immediately started playing with. Their fear free approach makes our visits pleasant and stress free for not just our animals but for this pet parent as well. I fully trust Dr. Briz and Dr. Moore. They are considerate of budgets while still providing quality medicine, so there is never any guilt if we can't afford something at that specific time. You're in good hands here.
