I am incredibly grateful that I brought my fur baby, S’more, here when she became seriously ill. When we arrived at the emergency vet, she was in very bad shape, and the team was honest with us from the start about her condition. They explained that her prognosis was uncertain and that she had only a 50/50 chance of surviving. Despite the difficult circumstances, everyone treated us with kindness, compassion, and professionalism. A special thank you to Marc, the veterinary technician who cared for S’more and stayed with her throughout the night. His dedication and genuine care meant so much to us. Dr. Wes Sina was also absolutely wonderful, and I’m so thankful for his expertise and support during such a stressful time. We decided to keep S’more hospitalized overnight to give her the best chance possible. The next morning, we received the encouraging news that she was improving, though she needed to stay another night for continued care. Today, we were finally able to bring her home. I truly believe the exceptional care she received here played a major role in saving her life. Thank you to everyone who helped care for S’more during her recovery. I wholeheartedly recommend this hospital to anyone in need of emergency veterinary care. Your pets will be in compassionate and capable hands. ❤️🐾

Parkway has been our go to health provider for our Great Danes for a while. It is great to have the confidence that our dogs are getting great care. Recently our Dane, Maverick showed distress and we took him right in.. Maverick was suffering from GVD. Sadly because of his condition it was decided that euthanasia was the most loving thing we could do for him. We were heartbroken. The compassion shown by the staff was incredible. Dr. Falloni, Sarah, Adam and Kore showed unending kindness and care. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

Was the vet and staff nice when I came in? Sure. I arrived to emergency after my cat had stopped eating but been vomiting and lethargic. (Only about 24 hours) They said he only needed fluids and an anti nausea shot. I asked twice if they were sure. That they didn't want to take x-rays? Bloodwork? I said I'd pay anything. Sent me home with a topical dewormer and a good luck and just call if anything changed but he should be back to his normal self in a day or two. Well. Less than 24 hours later and my call was to tell them that my 6 month old indoor pampered baby was dead. Disappointed I was begging for more help and it was waved off. Also. If you have vet staff, especially emergency vet staff, teach the front desk to end calls better than "thanks for letting us know" with a hang up. I was not rude. Just told her my cat I had brought in the previous night had died. So here's everyone's reminder that we are the voice for our animals. I trusted the professionals, but maybe if I would have spoke up more he would still be alive.

I MISS MY BABY SO MUCH. I HATE YALL ILL NEVER GET TO SEE THIS AGAIN WHEN I WAKE UP IN THE MORNING OR WHEN I NAP. HES GONE FOREVER My baby is dead 😔 y'all didn't fix anything for him. It was all about the money, no real service provided. I can't believe I trusted y'all to handle my emergency, just for him to pass a few days later anyway. I don't understand how I followed all the steps, medication, aftercare, just for him to leave our family early. Something was weird about my entire visit and his return home looking back on it. We are absolutely devastated to lose him at 4 years of age when we were supposed to have at least a decade more. I'm sick and I'm angry. Yall shouldnt mess with people's money and family. And of course we sign all these waivers and papers so they arent responsible for the demonwork that happens behind the scenes when they are alone with your familiar. :/

Great experience during a very scary situation! My kitty started gagging on something he tried to swallow around 5:30am on a Saturday. I called Parkway, and they told me to bring him right in—so glad I did. From the woman on the phone to every staff member and the doctor, everyone was absolutely amazing. They were kind, compassionate, and truly top-notch. They were upfront about costs and acted quickly to give my kitty the treatment he needed. They genuinely comforted us during a frightening time.
