Vetco Vaccination Clinic

The check in process was quick and easy. Technician was very helpful. The vet was very thorough and very knowledgeable. She and her assistant handled our senior cat with care. No struggling and only one small noise when he got his rabies shot. On time was GREAT! Would definitely recommend friends to go to this clinic.

This is a terrible company. I can’t even access my medical records for my dog so now they’ve had to miss their grooming appointments. They told me it’d be in my email lobby. I’ll be damned if it’s in my email. The only thing in my email is that I was there that day. I am so pissed off!!! And you have no one to talk to no one to call no one to ask any questions where in the hell is my vaccination records for my dogs?

Our dog had an appointment at Vetco on March 3rd, we were there on time and didn’t get seen for 45 minutes past the appointment time. The Vetco vaccination process is a mess and disorganized. During the visit the tech asked if our dog had any other health concerns outside of him being vaccinated, in which we said yes. When we mentioned the issue to the doctor she was very passive and uninterested in providing much advice or help. The tech tried her best to help. I would only recommend this place for quick vaccines but for health concerns just go to your home vet.

The whole team was amazing with our boys! I’m so happy we chose to get their puppy vaccines here!

The vet try to give my dog a shot two different times switched needles never stuck the needle the In dog the third time and wiped the vaccination off of the dogs hair then asked did u give the dog the whole shot she lied and said yes and I seen her make a mistake and she still lied and she was embarrassed and said the dog didn’t need the whole shot
