We’ve brought several pets to St. B’s. From pets experiencing their final moments, to rescues who can’t shake an ear infection. The staff have been nothing short of amazing. Comforting us and our sweet dogs during some hard moments, and being persistent in finding remedies or cures to common ailments. We took our boy to other local clinics that were charging outrageous fees and who weren’t making the situation better. Facility is always clean and nice. Pricing is reasonable. Staff is top notch. Only place to take your pets in Clarksville.

We tried to give this clinic a fair chance but TWICE they almost killed our babies. Luna is our 11 year old kitty with diabetes and asthma. She was only recently diagnosed with diabetes, but we almost lost her due to the misinformation about her diabetes. Her diabetes was easily managed by her diet, but the vet prescribed insulin at a dosage lethal to a cat her size. Her blood sugar was consistently dangerously low. It wasn’t until we joined a Facebook group for diabetic cats did we learn proper care for our baby. We gave them a second chance with our 15 year old dog. She was having issues walking and without giving her a proper exam, or even weighing her, we were advised to put her down either same day or the next morning. Worried about it being the right decision, we asked to speak to the vet before the procedure. A vet technician rudely stated that she wouldn’t be readily available. We instantly left and went to Little Angels instead. There we were greeted with the upmost respect and gentleness regarding our poor baby. After that visit, our dog has received pain killers to aid with the pain and given her a second chance at life.

We have been customers for years and have taken all our pets here. However, when our dog got ill on a Friday, they would not fit him on to be seen. After emergency services at a place that did not have our dog’s history, we lost him. St. Bethlehem will NEVER see another pet of ours an I will inform everyone I know about their non-caring service.

I wish I could give zero stars. The front desk was kind but that’s about where it ended. Tech was unprofessional and lacking compassion. Vet offered very little insight into our dog’s care other than she is old and should be put down. Got a second opinion and was given actual options. Disgusting to think that we could have lost our sweet girl today.

Will never bring my dogs here again! Back in April we brought my Saint Bernard here because she was constantly itching and losing fur, they told us it was allergies and threw steroids and antibiotics at her for it to just get worse and they kept saying it was allergies, told me to bring her to a dermatologist vet in Nashville when I called them they said for the consult it was $500-$900 and then if she could get the testing it would be $1200 not counting the shot they would make her, we finally brought her to a different vet he took one look at her and said it was scabies because of how she looked, lost fur and her ears crusted, he did four skin scrapings and confirmed it was scabies and even showed us the mite! He gave us medication and she finally started getting better! But because of how long it took we had great our other dogs our house and ourselves treated because we got scabies as well, we paid our over $1000 just to be told it was allergies and my poor dog suffered she was in constant pain, itching, loosing fur and was not acting like herself thank god for Blake’s animal clinic WHO diagnosed her and actually treated her she is finally getting better! She is finally starting to play again and act like herself and slowly getting her fur back! This place does not know how to care for animals at all! Because they couldn’t do their job my poor dog suffered!!!

Vets here are always fantastic. You're always seen in a timely manner and they are helpful and friendly. We've been bringing our dogs in for years and they are always able to get us in as a walk in or easily book an appointment. They are very reasonably priced compared to other vets in town. We even have our maltese put under to get their teeth professionally cleaned here and they do a phenomenal job and are half the price of other vets we looked at for that procedure. Facility is always clean and staff is welcoming. They are very informative without being pushy.
