First off, I love that they have separate entrances for cats and dogs, that really helps with an already stressful and new environment for my kitty. Secondly, the facility and exam rooms are also very clean. The staff is attentive and always kind. Service is quick, informative, personal. Dr Sykes is knowledgeable and you can tell her truly cares! 10/10 recommend!

Very disappointed with Clarksville Animal Clinic. I was charged $201 for a travel certificate for my dog without ever being given an estimate or any paperwork upfront — completely unprofessional. Customer service was cold, and after a long wait, no one showed any courtesy. What’s worse, I asked for a refund the same day and was told it’s "not possible" because the doctor already submitted it — even though my trip isn’t for another 2+ weeks. That makes no sense. The only reasonable thing about this place is their vaccine pricing and the military discount. Other than that, they seriously lack transparency and basic customer care. I would not recommend. /////// I disagree with your statement that everything was clearly explained. I was never given a proper estimate before being charged $200 for the CVI. That lack of transparency is the issue. I acknowledged the charge later only because I trusted your explanation at the time, not because it was clearly communicated beforehand. I find the way this situation was handled unprofessional, especially refusing further service instead of addressing the concern. Insane! Unacceptable hopefully others clients don’t pass same situation than me. I’m blessed I don’t have time to fight to people dishonest. Have a good day!

I brought my three dog babies in for an initial visit. I was not happy with my current vet and thought I would give Clarksville Animal Clinic a try. Everyone was super friendly and they really listened to me regarding my concerns. Dr. Sykes checked over all three and we discussed medication alternatives. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and we were not rushed at all. I really appreciated that they were attentive and were really great with all three of my dogs. I am pretty sure I have found my new vet! I highly recommend Clarksville Animal Clinic!

We were lucky. We established a relationship as soon as they opened. Dr. Sykes runs a 1 Doctor practice. We have separate entrances for dogs and cats. This is huge having a reactive dog. He and all the wonderful vet techs have been such a blessing to our community. He will always spend as much time as needed to explain everything. I have senior dogs and when it was time to say goodbye to Sully, it was handled with such grace, care, and love. They have a private room just for this. His knowledge and compassion are immeasurable. You normally can only have one or the other. He and His staff offer both. Dr Sykes is my first Veterinarian in my almost 50 years that makes you feel seen, and not just a dollar sign. Our fur babies are family, and he and His practice show this daily. If you want a doctor who listens and cares, he is you Doctor!

I just took my 12 year old shih tzu there, without an appointment, and was turned away because there is only one veterinarian on staff. The worst part was the receptionist’s personality, which was zero. Even though I’m about a quarter mile away with 3 dogs and 3 cats, we won’t be going there anytime soon. And the parking lot is awful large for such few customers. Response: That’s awful presumptive of ya to question my care of the pets…. As a retired Army Colonel, and a guy with a Master’s in Business Administration, I wish you the best of luck!

Really appreciate the love and care these staff members give to my boy! Their communication is excellent and they are very understanding with pricing! The first non judgmental vet I’ve ever been to! My boy has been very sick and they have made sure to check in with him and has been open to have him slide in the schedule. The vet techs are very personable and openly love my baby. They are clean and patient with Max (he’s very anxious). I highly recommend! Our bill was getting pretty high due to all the tests he needed so they drained his urine for free (idk what that’s called lol) bc he was having a lot of urinary issues. He was diagnosed with Lyme disease and instead of the vet instantly saying we should put him down, he has put him on an affordable treatment plan and did not give up on my boy! You can truly tell the techs and vet truly love and care for every animal like it’s their own!

1st time at this clinic. They took very good care of our baby. The establishment is very clean and well staffed and the staff is the greatest. Thank you all for your care and professionalism. We are proud to have Clarksville Animal Clinic as our new Veterinarian for our new baby.
