VetCheck Pet Urgent Care - Beechmont

Took my dog Toby here after coming home from work finding him lethargic and not feeling well. Staff was very nice and very educational. Dr. Carter was extremely informative and very knowledgeable. The staff wasn’t over bearing about spending my every dollar and we got to a solution and treatment plan in a timely manner. Highly recommend and I’ll use them again if I ever need an urgent care after hours!

I love this place!! I have been to other animal hospitals before but they are so kind here. My cat was having some issues with not eating, so I took him in. They tried to keep the tests as affordable as possible, and truly cared about my cat. They have answered any questions I’ve had after the visit over the phone, and April (the lady at the front desk) has been so kind and considerate when addressing my concerns. I really appreciate everything they have done for me and I highly recommend them to any pet parent.

I had to take my dog Max in this past Saturday 11/16 because he started coughing up blood. He was 11 and had cancer. Dr. Catalan evaluated him and was very honest. She didn't try to talk me into anything unnecessary. I told her I thought it was time to end his suffering and she agreed. Saying the Dr and staff was kind would be an understatement. They gave me time with Max and then brought a blanket in and allowed me to hold him while he peacefully went to sleep. They gave me time alone afterwards and I never felt rushed. Today I received a sympathy card in the mail with Max's paw prints. Dr. Catalan and staff have gone above and beyond to show kindness, compassion and love in a very difficult time. If you are in need of an emergency vet, I HIGHLY recommend going here. THANK YOU Dr. Catalan and staff!! ❤️

The staff are amazing people. I unfortunately had to put my pup down but the ladies that worked that night took great care of us. They walked me through every step and were so sweet and caring with us both. It's not an easy thing to do but with the care they showed helped so much. Thank you ladies for all you did for us.

I really was impressed with this place. Very kind and friendly staff. I even got lost on the way there and I was able to call and the receptionist was kind enough to stay on the phone with me until I found my way! They offer payment plan options and I felt very lucky to have discovered this office! Definitely would recommend going here.

They were amazing and really explained things well to us. The entire team was super kind and quick getting us in and out. Loved Dr. Catalan was amazing!

This was a terrible place I walked into the back and poured out some water and then this really me lady came out starting yelling and me and my dear friends and she tried to kick my friends. 1/10 would not recommend the amount of violence and threats she was saying to us were utterly ridiculous, disgusting, and inappropriate DO NOT GO HERE AND SUPPORT THIS TERRIBLE BUSINESS
