Our rabbit Jackson died on the operating table as they were taking out personal information, minutes after arriving there. Dr. Meakin decided to charge us for an office visit ($40) because we had talked to him on the phone before arriving. After he died, the tech there also promised a nice package for Jackson's cremated remains, a bag, jar, and a paw print mold. We got him back yesterday in a fake wooden box screwed shut and a "condolence" letter typed on their prescription template. Jackson's name was under the "prescription expires" column. This is an awful place.
Dr. Linda Meakin listens & takes time to ensure that your concerns are addressed. I have a senior dog, he has had some surgeries and I am completely confident in her care for my dogs, surgery or otherwise. She is compassionate and thorough.
