Chose this place because they are very accessible. Picked a kitten plan and have saved money . Our cat is healthy and happy . Thank you Banfield Pet Hospital .
Took my cat there, never told me anything that was wrong with her, never told me her weight, gave me 3 prescriptions and got short when I said I would get them online. One of them is actually for dogs! I ordered the scripts on chewy, so they have only approved the one for dogs! The charges just went up and up even when they advertise first visit is free, I was charged $71.99 for office visit. Just go to a vet office and not there!!!! Owensville animal hospital is cheaper!
I love the yearly wellness plan at Banfield. I have a family member who is a veterinarian and we're usually going thru her; however, the first year of a new puppy requires a lot, between shots, neutered/ spayed, chipped, DNA panel with any pre-existing health conditions (breed &/ or other) plus so much more!! So great to have options for phone a vet, visits and all preventative medicine is included in the plan. If it's not then there's a huge discount. I'm on my 3rd puppy in 1st year plan and have never had an out of pocket expense greater than $75 for all of their visits and medication. Definitely a budget friendly option and the staff has been nothing but wonderful! ( over the last 13 years) Newest puppy in blue is Atlas/ 6 mos. old Adult black/white husky, Summit ,past away this year at 13 yrs old And the puppy with him is Tallulah Rye, she's now 15mos old and a sibling to our newest puppy ( same parents, different litter) 🥰
I’ve been bringing my mini golden doodle here since she was 3 months old! I’ve visited multiple locations and they always do a good job. I recommend Banfield to all of my friends and family:)
I give 4 stars only because I would prefer if the prices were better, but that's banfield as a company not the veterinarians. The ladies and man that work here and Oakley that I have come in contact with have been caring, attentive, they explain and make sure I have a chance to ask questions if I want. The service and the employees are great. My pups and I thank y'all!
This weekend, our 9-year-old pup gave us a health scare. She was lethargic and quivering, refusing to let us examine her teeth. We called around to local pet clinics, asking if they had availability for appointments. Nearly every facility was booked on this particular Saturday. However, the staff at the Banfield Pet Hospital in Eastgate understood the urgency of an issue involving tooth pain and made room in their schedule to see our girl. Every person at this pet hospital, from the front desk staff to Dr. Midkiff, provided exceptional care. They examined our dog's teeth and found the root of the issue: fractured teeth. Many vet clinics don't perform surgeries on the weekend, but Dr. Midkiff went above and beyond to make sure our pup's pain was addressed as soon as possible. In one day, the staff at Banfield examined her teeth, took x-rays, ran blood work, and extracted the affected teeth. Everyone we met (front desk staff, nurses, and doctors) were very knowledgeable and compassionate throughout our visit, calling to provide updates and explaining the cost of services. They helped us save over $1,000 by giving us the opportunity to enroll in a wellness plan that covered many of their services. We will continue to bring our pup to the Eastgate location for all her future veterinary needs. Thank you for your kindness, compassion, and willingness to help.
Always goes well with our pets and makes sure we have everything we need for out kitties. So far took 2/3 of our cats to Banfield and they came back perky and calm which is usually unusual for cats because it's so stressful. Here's some cute cat pictures 🤗 Dahlia, Boba (Dahlia's Son), Bunni.
