The team at Dunkin Veterinary Hospital is very good at what they do. When I brought in Kal-El, the stray pittie I found eating garbage in the street, they were patient, knowledgeable, and skilled in handling Kal, who was very anxious. He was underweight, had a bad UTI, an ear infection, and an allergic rash. Thanks to their help, he’s now happy and healthy! Here he is loving life in my backyard! 🌈

Says it’s temporarily closed, hopefully they stay closed permanently. Brought my fur baby for her vaccinations and to have a check up done a few months ago because she wasn’t eating. I understand 100% cats are difficult but they were STRESSING her out and the way they were handling her in front of me was awful. It looked like they’d never handle an animal in their life. On top of that the cost was ridiculous, they never followed up with me when they said they would and didn’t return any of my phone calls so I had no idea what the results were. Took her to another place once it was time for spaying, and my baby had an infection!! I highly advise not to come to this location EVER.

UPDATE: This team has once again saved one of my dogs' lives. My previous review still stands. I just wanted to convey my gratitude once again for their kindness. I appreciate everyone on this team. Your hard work and dedication to your patients do not go unnoticed. ✨️🙏 Dr. Neel and his team are a gift to the animal community. They are extremely patient, understanding, and empathetic to their patients and owners alike. My precious dog Momo had a life-threatening condition. We didn't know who to turn to. We are glad we ended up at their doorstep. They immediately took her in for treatment and saved her life. I can not thank them enough for all they have done for my pup. I will be bringing my other 3 pets to this location from here on out. Thank you. Dr. Neel and team. You are amazing! ❤

My cat hadn’t ate or used the bathroom in days. I had taken him to the emergency room and waited 8 hrs there for him to get looked at. And it didn’t help him at all. I went to Dunkin vet & the next day he was using the bathroom and eating. They truly saved my cats life. And for that I am so thankful they treated him.

We brought in our two fur babies after one started vomiting and unfortunately found out she had Parvo. A week later we found out the other pup also had it, but the vets at this location truly helped us a lot during the process and recovery. They were given meds that truly minimized the symptoms as we saw on social media how bad Parvo can get. Fortunately our pups were alright after 4-7 days and are now recovering together. Thank you vets! We hope to make this location the pup’s main one now since it’s close to home

They don’t do any type of imaging here. Had labs drawn here for my cat, refused to do dental work because of the lab work. Took him to another vet who said his labs were fine. We spent a good amount of time and money here throughout the years. Because it was convenient to our home. Honestly just go somewhere else. The vet shows no interest in these animals.

They do not value you as a customer! I went in for a rabies shot. Normally i would have the nails trimmed, too. They said they were not doing that due to Covid. I dont understand why. Anyway, I assumed the same was true for the mandatory 'brief exam' costing $40. When the doctor walked in, gave Elmo his shot and walked out, i figured i was right. They charged me $75. I asked for my receipt to see why. They said they would need to go to another room for that, like it was inconvenient. I said it was fine and waited. She came back saying she couldn't print one and could it be emailed. I explained i wanted to know why my bill is so high. She said it was for the brief exam!👎I protested that he didn't even DO an exam. The doctor came out and told me off. They refunded $65 of the money and told me they NEVER wanted to see me or my dog again!🤷🏾‍♀️. Because I needed them to do what they charged me for and give me a receipt for payment. I'd drive to another state before i would go to that place again! The nerve!!!
