VCA Bonita Animal Hospital

Have had a great experience at this location. Staff & Veterinarian’s are professional and kind. They’ve treated my pup with kindness. My dog gets really anxious when at the vet, and they are patient. They always let you know ahead of time what something will cost before you get it done. They are transparent with cost and I never feel like they’re taking advantage or trying to get money. You can tell they really care. I’ve been going here for years and have never had any issues.

Today I took my dog whom I adopted two weeks ago from the shelter for a free exam to VCA Bonita Animal Hospital. I had a great experience. The staff at the front desk were courteous and helpful. Dr. Izaguirre and his nurse were knowledgeable, patient and caring. Their listening skills were impressive. I was not persuaded or pressured to buy products and services I did not agree to have. I will definitely use their services in the future.

We absolutely love coming to this vet clinic and the staff always takes great care of my precious weenie dogs. The clinic is always clean and welcoming. The location is very convenient and I highly recommend the care club plan. We will always come to this vet! They treat us like family!!

My little bestie was not feeling well and illness was dragging on (long story in previous vet and won't elaborate here) I recommended VCA Bonita by a friend. From my 1st call, I felt the warmth and welcoming nature of the team. They helped me get records from previous vet, which I loved! This is done for humans so should also be done for our fur babies! Kept me informed on appts and even offered to get me in sooner if something opened up. Then the big day. I walked in to a very nice, clean office and received a nice welcome. They took Leo in right away and had his history. They addressed my concerns, actually listened and gently examined Leo. He had his tests and diagnosis. They didn't recommend unnecessary procedures to pad their charges and I felt great leaving the office. I think the best thing i can say is that they actually care for their patients which was lacking at previous vet.i would highly recommend and my thanks to the team there.

The staff at VCA Bonita have always been compassionate, understanding, and accommodating to our needs. I wish they were open on Saturdays and that they were in a slightly safer location (that road outside is stressful), but I would continue to take our pets here in the future.

Best dog ever! My best friend! She's now keeping her master company. Until we meet again, my Fang! I miss you so much. I'll never forget how you truly are a gem! This hospital walked me though the whole process of a more humane way of releasing Fang from more pain and suffering. For this, I thank them.

I took my dogs for a checkup and the team was very nice and supportive and if you have an excited animal you can call and check in from the car and they will come out to meet and great you and your pet for comfort and support with pet if needed they also have a nice lil goodie bag for your pet after the visit I will go again
