Family's new puppy French bulldog! The Doctors and staff were excellent, everyone was very helpful and explained all the procedures for my puppy. Treatments and recommended a variety of preventive medication and plans.

I took in my cat, after I'd gone to another vet.It was a big mistake on my part. I just wanted the best for her, but when that other vet. is trying to force the way that they think. It becomes a very big problem. Dr. McClemon took very good care of me and my cat. I just love that lady. Thank you again.

I initially began bringing my kitten to this vet in 2023 at 8-12 weeks old, I can’t recall but is a bottle baby! Everything was fine as she just mostly needed vaccines but the receptionists were a little rude. Tina and the lady with the blonde messy hair. She got her spay done and absolutely hates the vets, they even wrote "beware: feisty" on her medical record. Then comes her annual wellness exam in 2026, I schedule over the phone and let them know she might require sedation so the book me for 10am. I get there at 9:50 and I’m not put in a room until about 10:45. Then I’m told by the Dr that I should have made an appointment early in the morning because she requires sedation. I literally spoke to someone over the phone for this appointment, which is why I didn’t just book online. Point is, after that I never came back to this vet and switched to a place that doesn’t waste my time, actually cares about my pets, and has reasonable pricing. When I spoke to Tina over the phone about sending me my cats medical records, I waited an hour and she never sent them! I had to call again to request them. Never again will I come here ! Kinda seems they prefer dogs over cats 🙂

We took our puppy there yesterday and received great service. From the front desk to the veterinarian, everything was great. I had so many questions for the veterinarian and she was very open to them. Our puppy was happy to have gotten some treats.

I take my 3 cats to TCAMC. The front desk staff is helpful and responsive. I've only needed healthy cat visits (thank goodness), but they were helpful and answered my questions, they seem to care which is very important. So far, so good!

Very unfortunate to have to give this review due to the lack of carelessness and refusal to provide my cat with a prescription for six months for the flea medication . Am asking for the six month due to trying to have it filled at Costco because I get a better price and they only offer 1 month or six months ( the better deal is the 6 months). All because my cat has her yearly exam due in late April . I have decided to no longer take my cat here . They obviously don’t care about my cat or my pocket.
