Dr. Lynette Henderson
📍 Cat veterinarians in Chula Vista
Address has a mixed reputation among pet owners. While many praise the compassionate care and professionalism, especially during difficult times like pet loss, others have reported inconsistencies in diagnosis and a lack of flexibility in services. The clinic is known for its dedicated staff, but some clients have expressed concerns about the reliability of treatments and the willingness to accommodate non-client needs.
Despite some negative experiences, Address remains a popular choice for many pet owners. The clinic's strengths lie in its empathetic approach and the quality of care provided during routine visits. However, potential clients should consider their specific needs and the nature of their pet's health conditions before choosing this veterinary service.

This place used to be great. Now they are in it for money. I have 4 cats. Took them to be fixed. My female goes into heat alot. They didn't get all out. The boys chase her all the time. It sucks.
My family has gone to them for a few years now and recently our chihuahua had cancer and she mis diagnosed her twice and we found out by going to another veterinarian after she had gotten worse. Shame that we found this out because we loved their staff but they just aren’t very reliable for us anymore. If your pet has critical conditions, I would suggest seeing another vet.
The absolute best! We had to put down our 15 yr old family member and they were fantabulous! Such compassion! Cooper passed on with the upmost dignity!
So considerate and honest about the suffering I would have put my Husky Rosie through if I selfishly extended her life with hard surgery. Allowed me to say good bye and helped me and my wife with final preparations.
My dog is a new diabetic, and unfortunately our vet was out of u40 syringes. They are available online, but I needed them next day. I called several vets in the area, and only Telegraph Canyon Animal Medical Center had them available. Sad to say they would not sell them to me because I was not a client, even after I asked "Not even if I have a prescription from my vet?" Still said no because they needed to form a patient-provider relationship, and my dog would need an exam. Receptionist was polite, but that was a bad decision by the provider.
Doctors and staff are friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. We were seen promptly even though it was very busy. Most importantly our dogs were treated well.
Good fast and friendly service. Really clean place. Took care of my pug fast😊❤️. Definitely going back.
