I had a wonderful experience at Banfield Pet Hospital with my dog, Cielo. The drop-off process was seamless and stress-free, and the receptionist was incredibly helpful. I was particularly impressed when the veterinarian called me after the appointment to go over Cielo’s blood work and overall health. They answered all my questions thoroughly and showed genuine care for my pet. I highly recommend Banfield Pet Hospital for anyone looking for professional and compassionate care for their pets.

From check-in to check-out, our visit was absolutely amazing! This was my first time at this clinic, and I found a coupon online for a free first visit—so we decided to give it a try. I’m so glad we did! Everyone we encountered was kind and welcoming to my furry friend. Check-in was smooth and attentive, and the nurse who prepped us for the vet was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and answered all of our questions with care. Then we met Dr. Brenda Cotto López—she was wonderful! My pet tends to be nervous around strangers, but she was so patient and gentle. She took her time with him, made sure he was comfortable, and thoroughly explained everything from diet to flea prevention and heartworm disease. I felt completely at ease and never rushed. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. I left feeling confident and well-informed. I would absolutely recommend this clinic—and especially Dr. Cotto López—to any pet parent looking for compassionate, knowledgeable care!

Expensive for no treatment, plus they charge me 85 dollars for no attention. Don’t bring your pets if you really love them and value y’all’s time.

I just had a fantastic experience at Banfield Pet Hospital with my new cat! From the moment we walked in, the staff greeted us kindly and checked us in quickly. They were incredibly knowledgeable and provided gentle care throughout the visit. I had a lot of questions, and they took the time to answer each one without any judgment. I was worried about how my cat would react to his first vet visit, but they made it painless and stress-free. When we got home, my cat was happy and relaxed, which speaks volumes about the care he received. I highly recommend for anyone looking for a great vet experience! Five stars!
