Everyone we encountered (check in staff, tech, vaccine nurse, Vet, check out staff) was friendly and welcoming. Even the families in the waiting area were so comfortable and happy with their experience. It is clear that this clinic provides the best possible care, and that is why families keep coming back. Everyone we encountered immediately recognized our pup and it was obvious he felt comfortable with them. l plan to switch our other animals to this clinic. The Veterinarian (Dr. Birakos) was so amazing and kind. I usually like the Vets we met, but she she was hands down on another level. Its clear she loves what she does. Thank you to the entire staff for loving on our pup, even before we rescued him. <3 Yitzchok & his family

Country Animal Clinic is always very gentle with my pets. We have been a patron of theirs for over 30 years and have never had a bad experience. They even treated our rabbit with an ear infection, which was not an easy endeavor. I highly recommend them for your pets needs.

The entire staff at Country Animal Clinic is top notch, greeting people with empathy and enthusiasm for making sure your pet is taken care of. I can't say enough kind things about this place. Pricing is extremely fair and they are always making sure you're aware of the treatment methods and pricing so you don't end up with a surprise bill when you leave.

Please! please! Front desk ladies be attentive to people when they come to the counter. When I came in I stood at the front desk and the receptionist ignored me? Then I said can I check in I said can I check in? and the lady said when she got done doing what she was doing. Then when I checked out I stood at the desk to pay... again they ignored me again, so I asked the patrons in the lobby is this where I pay and they said no you go out the front door and go in the cat door? So I did and then again I waited to pay. They need signs to let you know what to do. Or maybe its just me they ignore? By the way Terri Clark is an awesome Vet.

Been using CAC since 1988!Never going anywhere else!The vets and staff are caring and compassionate.Ive always had large German Shepherds,Northern breed Dogs ie Malamutes,aWolfdog,and Siberian Huskies! They were given the best care. CAC Vets and Staff are considered family! Best Animal clinic ever!Love them!

If you are looking for a great vet in Chino or Ontario, you found them. All the doctors and techs display a caring and loving attitude toward both of my dogs. They definitely make me feel comfortable in knowing my dogs are receiving the best care possible. I highly recommend Country Animal Clinic to anyone as their main vet moving forward.
