My little boy ‘Bloo’ deteriorated very quickly after a lymphoma diagnosis. It is the most heart wrenching experience of my life. He was my best friend. Dr. Servantes was incredibly kind and compassionate and I’m glad she was available to help on Bloos resting day.

Cynthia was ABSOLUTELY amazing. Once our beloved Zuko was diagnosed with bladder cancer in July I started researching and asking friends about who they used for in home euthanasia as I knew that’s what I wanted. From our very first conversation I knew we’d be going with her. She asked questions about Zuko, how my husband and I were doing. My husband and I were on opposite pages and for months I kept in communication with Cynthia and she kept stressing that him and I needed to be on the same page. Finally the day came that he agreed it was time. Cynthia made the most heart wrenching decision so beautiful. We have two others dogs and without a doubt we will be using her as well as recommending her. Thank you Cynthia I’m forever grateful to you!

We had to make this hard decision in oct. My heart goes out to everyone that is looking for this information. Dr. Servantez was amazing at making such a hard experience as peaceful as possible. My 3 year old was there for everything and Dr. Servantez made sure to explain every step to her in a way for her to be able to understand. I will forever be grateful for the compassion that was shown to my family. Our sister dog is greatly missed🤍🐾 P.s. I called many places this was the most feasible for me and my family. All others were over 1k and my girl was only about 40-45 lbs. We recieved her ashes back in about two weeks with some clay & ink paw prints. Dr. Servantez hand delivered our girl right back to us.🤍

We had a wonderful experience with Dr. Servantez. She was able to come out the very next day, and her sweet nature and demeanor were extremely comforting. I feel at ease knowing my old fur baby is free of pain and is finally at peace. Thank you, Dr. Servantez!! You’re truly an angel.

There aren't enough stars for me to give Dr. Servantez. We had to say goodbye to our handsome Charlie after 15 years together, and while it is always one of the hardest decisions to make, I am sooo thankful for finding Dr. Servantez. From the initial phone consultation to the final goodbye, she handled everything with such compassion, respect, education, and grace. She did an amazing job explaining the process, but not once did it feel like a business transaction. I am so thankful we got to have a peaceful transition for Charlie and ourselves. I will recommend her services to anyone.

Dr. Servantes and her assistant, Brian, were more than compassionate, patient, and attentive during my most heartbreaking and traumatic experience of my life of losing my dog, Mikey, of 15 years. Dr. Servantez and Brian allowed for privacy as I was inconsolable in my living room while they waited outside for almost an hour til I was willing to give up Mikey’s body. The gentle, kind, comforting support and compassion I received from Dr. Servantez and Brian has left a heartwarming impression and gratitude in me to last a lifetime. We were faced with one of the hardest decisions of our lives — saying goodbye. We wanted him to be at home, surrounded by love and comfort, so we reached out to Dr. Cynthia Servantez. From the very first moment, she was incredibly responsive and compassionate. She scheduled to come the very next evening, after our kids had gone to bed, so we could have a quiet, peaceful goodbye. When she arrived, I was heartbroken and emotional, and she completely understood where I was coming from. Dr. Servantez took the time to explain everything step by step — what would happen, how it would feel, and what she would be doing. She gave us all the time we needed to say goodbye and gently stepped out so we could have those last moments together. When she returned, she began the procedure with such care, respect, and kindness. After our sweet dog had crossed the rainbow bridge, she again stepped outside to give us more time. By the end of the night, it felt like she was part of our family. She wasn’t just doing her job — she was living her calling. Her compassion, patience, and empathy were beyond anything I could have expected. About a week later, Dr. Servantez personally delivered our dog’s ashes back to our home. Once again, she showed such gentleness, warmth, and genuine sympathy. Not that I would ever want to go through something like this again, but if I ever had to, she would be the one I’d call. Dr. Servantez is truly an amazing human being — passionate, kind, and a blessing to families going through heartbreak. I will never forget the care she gave us that night.
