I’ve been going to Your Pets Wellness since Dr Dory owned the practice. While there’s been some changes and new faces at YPW as they adjust to new ownership, I still really have enjoyed my experiences as a client there. The front desk folks are always so friendly and welcoming, and they get me into a room almost immediately (never had to wait more than a couple mins) . The vets that I’ve seen since the ownership change (Dr R and Dr K) have both been great. Very good with my cat, gentle but effective (she squirms a lot during exams) They always explain any procedures/medical expenses fully and effectively. I have never felt ripped-off, as some folks in the reviews have said. I always feel like the costs of my visit are fair and transparent. My poor cat throws up in her carrier sometimes and they ALWAYS clean her up and give her a fresh towel in the carrier for the ride home. It’s the simple things that make us feel cared for.! I’m grateful to YPW for all their help in keeping my fur baby healthy!!!

I’ve been bringing my dog here for about 6 years now, and there’s no where else I’d go! My German shepherd has always been anxious around new people and places, but the staff is always so gentle, patient, and they do their best to create a comfortable environment. The team also makes the process of the appointment as efficient and straightforward; pre check in, explaining diagnostics and prices with you. Definitely recommend!

We go here specifically to see Dr. Konishi, she is so sweet and kind and caring to our dog Smudge. We like how she calls our god "Good baby" and tells us we are good dog owners. We respect and trust her recommendations for care for our dog and hope to have her as our vet for many years to come.

I love this vet! The doctor explained things very clearly and gave me tips on desensitizing my new pup to loud noises. The tech then gave me all of my options for care and treatments. The entire staff is very knowledgable and so kind. I'm grateful to have found a place nearby. They are on the pricier side of pet care, but with the expertise and care from the staff, it's worth it.

My Experience coming to this vet pet shop has been good, I toke my pet here & Doctor Konishi attend my pet & me & family so well she is so polite & attend us with the service that my pet need she welcome him with loving arms. The team here is so amazing. Melissa handle my aggressive kitty beautifully for his nail trim. Dr. Konishi was very considerate of my other cat; we decided to wait until his dental to collect urine, as he has a broken hip. I will continue to bring my creatures here.

I’ve been taking my cats here since 2020 and have seen a definite improvement in care over the last few years. Dr Konishi is very thorough and really cares about my cats’ well being! The entire staff is friendly and responsive.
