I’ve been bringing my puppy here since he was 7 weeks old, he’s now 6.5. Everyone from the DVMs, Vet Techs and Front desk are so helpful and supportive anytime we’ve needed anything. So grateful to RVAH for keeping Teddy happy and healthy.

Dr. Mursuli and her staff always take fantastic care of my anxious dog! Every vet here really takes time to understand the issues, have a dialogue, and get to know my pet. I have been going here since he was a puppy and they have been amazing!

We’ve been bringing August here since she was a young dog and it’s only gotten better. Now at 16, they continue to be patient, supportive, and well experienced. They never pressure us for anything and understand the stress that comes with being a dog owner, and do a good job putting us owners at ease. We saw Dr. Bresolin and he was amazing. Sat on ground at her level and was so comforting to my anxious pup. Highly recommend!

TLDR: Appointment times are meaningless. Don’t bring your pet here if they don’t like sitting in a vets office. No doctor is worth it. Also, they’ll charge you for their screw ups SECOND REVIEW: (ie. Ok, now we’re pissed) SIX DAYS LATER Back again because our visit was rushed and they didn’t get to everything. Vet Tech appt. No room needed etc. Right? NOPE. STILL. 20 mins late AND tells me "you should get this done more often" YOU MEAN LIKE LAST WEEK WHEN WE WERE HERE TO GET IT DONE??!?!?! So I have now sat in your office for over an hour after my scheduled time so you can lecture me about not having the thing done which you didn’t have time to do. FIRST REVIEW (ie. Where we tried to be nice) Please figure out the scheduling. The staff and the docs are wonderful. But we consistently sit for 30 mins or more past out appt waiting. Is there a better time to schedule? We have tried all times and it always seems that we are sitting in the lobby for half an hour while our dog freaks out.

My pup Theo has been going to Roscoe Village Animal Hospital for the past nine years and has always gotten great care there from Drs. Terkel and Mursali. As he gets older, I completely trust them with his care. We've also been working with Erin on some behavioral quirks. She's fantastic and helping us to better speak Theo's language. Highly recommend taking your pet here!

Dr Garrison was very thorough. Took the time to explain each step and preventive measures with are young dog. Highly recommend him. The staff is also very nice and made our girl feel safe during the visit.
