Making the difficult decision to euthanize a pet is by far one of the hardest things we recently had to face. The compassionate group of pet care givers here, especially Dr. Pinhasi, is fantastic. We have been in Rogers Park for a year now, and without a regular vet in our network, on the morning we needed clarity and peace of mind both, Oz was there for us, last minute at that. Before the procedure, Dr Pinhasi provided several options about how we could proceed. Euthanasia was also discussed. I felt at ease knowing we were all working together to find the most compassionate option for our boy Jack. The entire process of the procedure was explained to us, and every question was answered, along with explaining what our boy would experience during the injection. We were asked if we would like to be present during the procedure. We were also given the option to stay for as much as we chose to, or to not stay at all if that was easier for us. We felt we owed it to our boy to stay with him through it all. I'm glad we did. The team here is great, the office is soothing and bright, and the cost for an unexpected visit like this was less than we imagined for urgent care, including cremation, complimentary nose and paw prints, and an urn for his ashes. Highly recommended. And thank you once again!

Taken my cats here a few times over the past 3-years. They settle in really great once they get past that initial nervousness; I think that says a lot about the place! They accept CareCredit which goes a long way. And even have knowledge on some niche topics like preparing your pet for travel! It’s been really great working with them and I love taking my cats here, they come back home completely relaxed and comfortable.

We love Oz! Great vets, great techs, lovely staff, and such a nice environment in such a nice space. I like that we can walk from our home in Rogers Park. There's also paid street parking on the block directly to the south on Greenview that is usually always available. Moti (miniature schnauzer) is always nervous and they always take such good care of him and are so patient with his dramatic behavior. He always tries to roll of the exam table (idek don't ask me why) so someone always has to stand behind him so he won't fall. They put that in the notes!! I was gagging at the professionalism

I take my two dogs and two cats to Oz in Rogers Park. It’s so convenient and the staff are incredibly sweet and patient. It’s never too busy or crowded in the waiting room. Love this place!

Oz has been taking good care of our boys since they opened. Today we had to rush one of our dogs in because he got hurt and needed staples in his side. They were able to patch him up and send him home in a little over an hour. Thank you oz!

Whether or not this clinic is owned by private equity, they sure act like it. The vets and vet techs were unprepared at every appointment and never followed up the way they were supposed to. I waited weeks to get a prescription for hypoallergenic food that I was told that I would receive the same or next day every time I followed up. When I took my cat in for dental surgery, she was returned to me with her butt absolutely covered in feces. It did not seem like they had even attempted to clean her up despite having her all day. I imagine she was just left to sit unmonitored in her feces all day. At every appointment, vet techs and vets alike consistently had to be reminded of her name and history. We were having issues diagnosing an issue and I consistently had to remind them that we had tried certain interventions when they were suggested a second time. I do not believe the vet was trying to solve the problem my cat was suffering from -- just trying to increase revenue by repeating failed treatments. The issue was quickly resolved after one visit to another vet when I got sick of throwing good money after bad with these charlatans. The only reliable communication you can expect is e-mail sales and reminders to spend more and more money. This clinic does not care about your pets nearly as much as they care about your money. EDIT: After removing myself from all contact lists for this vet and submitting this review, I began to receive automated updates from the Sauganash location and will have to remove myself from all contact lists a second time. This is simply the bad experience that will not end. I highly recommend staying away from this establishment.
