GoodVets Old Town

Really good service for my sick fella. He perked up even walking through the door, as the place was bright, welcoming and clean. Steve was kind and gave my kid a soda. Dr. Wiese had a great bedside manner and answered all my questions fully. Tara and Niamh were so gentle in handling my fella. Both my dog and I left feeling so much better, and I felt empowered with the knowledge I needed about my fella's ailment. Came for urgent care but definitely adding them to my wellness care team! Highly recommend them!

The entire staff here was amazing. Kind and knowledgeable. They got Ray Ray in right away for his ear issue. Won’t go into gross details. Highly recommend! And they give you great toys to go home with.

I was nervous to try a new vet in Chicago. Dr. Wiese and the techs were very kind and helpful! My cat can be a little spicy and they handled her so well considering. Thank you!

We got a new cat and a week in we noticed he had some infection symptoms. He stopped eating and was sleeping a lot, so I made a last minute urgent care appointment here. We found out he had a fever, and due to high stress that can also make him prone to a urinary blockage. The vet and wonderful assistant prescribed him some medication and also gave us some first-time cat parents advice. Following that visit, the vet went out of his way to call every day for the next 3 days (on a weekend too!) to check in on our little guy and make sure he’s doing okay. It was so thoughtful, so caring for him to do so and we appreciated it SO much. The attention to care stood out to us. Would recommend this place to everyone.

Dr. Wiese is the best vet in town. I’m almost reluctant to leave a review because I’m afraid he will be so in demand that we can’t get appointments. The care he gave to my elderly dog - and to me- before, at the end and even after her life- was above and beyond. ABOVE AND BEYOND. All the stars.

Amazing! The staff are kind and understanding, professional and knowledgeable. They were accommodating, and took excellent care of my elder cat. When the time came to let her go, the euthanasia was very well performed. I recommend them highly.

Fantastic Service and care ! We were desperate with a last minute let down from our current vets and team at Old Town GoodVets, stepped up, took control and helped us immediately. We have decided to move our care to GoodVets Old Town and want to thank the team for the all their efforts and attention. Well done GoodVets and cannot recommend them enough
