John Lindsay is my go to source for emergency pet advice. I’ve asked him everything from "Help, my dog ate an entire bag of Halloween chocolate!" To "Why isn’t my cat eating anything at all?" Rather than sell me on expensive after hours services like other vets, he calmly advises me and then gets them in quickly and efficiently for a chat I can afford. Other vet’s pull at your heart strings and make you feel guilty so they can charge more money, John always tells me like it is and takes care of my babies. Eva, Chewy, Babycat, and Lucy all love Dr. John!

If I didn't already leave a review, I need to now. Dr. John was our vet before we moved and after a new experience with a different Vet, MY GOD do we miss him! His level of care, attention and patience is exceptional. I truly wish more Vets were like him. His staff was just as amazing and noteworthy. Thank you for the great experiences we had while living there.

I cannot speak highly enough of the team at Southside. Doctor Lindsay and Doctor K tended to my dog for a dozen years with a focus on the pet, not the client. Laura and the rest of the staff welcomed us on every visit and understood my dog's condition, whether good or bad. I would encourage anyone seeking animal care to stop in for a visit. You'll feel at home, so will your animal.

I can’t say enough good things about this clinic! From the moment I walked in with my foster dog, the staff treated us with such kindness, compassion, and urgency. Dr. John Lindsay and Laura Paris went above and beyond to make sure my dog was comfortable, cared for, and treated quickly. You can truly tell they love what they do and care deeply about every animal that comes through their doors. Even in a stressful situation, they explained everything clearly, answered all my questions with patience, and offered support I didn’t even know I needed. They treated us like family—not just another appointment. Thank you to the entire team for your professionalism, empathy, and outstanding care. I’ll always be grateful for how you showed up for us!

Great staff, timely and affordable!! Feels professional but also laid back and welcoming. My cat has been seen by two of the vets here and both were very thorough and great at explaining details and costs up front.

This is the vet we use for our cats. They have a really nice staff, knowledgeable doctors, and they are accommodating and reasonably priced. My wife and I are big animal lovers and have each worked at animal hospitals in the past when we were in college and we both think very highly of this practice.

Today we had to make one of the hardest decisions we’ve ever had to make. With the help from all the staff, we were able to put our Bear "Bubba" down peacefully. These guys have been the absolute best with our fur babies as we have 2 other females that will still continue to be loved by them! My heart can’t help but soak that in that we have such amazing humans to guide us into the right directions for our doggos. Not only do we thank you guys, but we love you guys for having such huge hearts for mine and everyone else’s fur babies!! Bear Gnaaji & Rona wouldn’t have done it without you guys!!
