These folks were so kind to us. I was so worried about our cat, and had my very special kid with me and my nerves were shot. The process was calm. The bill was super affordable. And we went home with a bag of medicine for our buddy to make him feel better. Will be back for checkups! Thank you so much.

If you are looking for a great place with care and compassion look no further bc this is the place!!!! This is by far the best animal clinic I have ever been to!! I grew up in Wisconsin and lived in Illinois before coming to Chattanooga and I have always had animals as part of my family, so I have been to alot of clinics. I Foster cats and that also has helped me get to know plenty of clinics around Hamilton County and Ashland Terrace has been my favorite by far!! The staff is phenomenal!! They take such great care of all animals and treat animals parents with compassion and share updates thru surgeries and long stays. I won't take my fur babies anywhere else!! 🐾

The doctor and staff were all very friendly and patient. They explained everything in great detail. With their help, my sweet cat is eating again and back to her old self, and I am incredibly grateful.

This is a great group of people and love their business practices. Was able to go back with my pup and the two clinicians got on the floor with my dog and played with her before they gave her a check up and shots to make her more comfortable… and also gave her treats… also they didn’t try to price gouge or sell me on a bunch of stuff. I went to another clinic in Red Bank and it was not this experience… in fact exact opposite. Thank you ATA for being so cool and great. Take your pets here. No need to go anywhere else!

The staff at Ashland Terrace is phenomenal! We had an emergency yesterday that sadly did not end with us taking our baby home with us the way we hoped. Their kindness, compassion and love that was shown to us was above and beyond, from the front desk to the doctors. Thank you so much for everything, I do specially want to thank Halle (I hope that is right) for showing extra attention and talking to my daughter with so much compassion and kindness. I found myself at ATAH because of an unfortunate situation with my dog. The entire staff was understanding and so supportive. They even were able to fit me in on short notice. I appreciate all they did for my dog and for me that day. We will be bringing our pets here from now on.

DO NOT RECOMMEND! Long time customer here. I had been bringing my dog Mack in for years. One day my dog had a seizure, a really bad one, he literally "died" (went completely limp no heartbeat) in my arms then he came back about a minute later. After the seizure Mack was a different dog, he acted differently mentally and physically. Mack now can't control his pee like he once could so he just kind of pees abit here and there while walking or resting. My Doctor was very aware of this situation. So now getting Mack to the vet is very difficult. Mack can't jump in the car anymore so I need to physically pick up my 100+ pound very UNenthusiastic Italian Mastiff in the car and transport him while peeing in the car to the vet. With this in mind my doctor agreed to let me pick up Mack's flea meds WITHOUT having to physically bring Mack in every time he needs flea meds. I show up one time like usual to get flea meds and I'm now being told that I need to bring Mack in to be seen to get flea meds and pay for an office visit.. I say there is a note in my file from the doctor explaining the situation and giving me an exemption from having to bring Mack in for flea meds since his weight has not changed more than 5 pounds in years. The receptionist refused to follow the doctor's clearly listed directions. I tell her to call my doctor and she refuses. She instead asks another doctor who says for me to pay the office visit and for me to bring my dog in. NO! That was a MONEY HUNGRY SELFISH decision! My dogs health and my health was not important, only me paying the office vist was important. Sick. I now go to a vet who cares more about my dogs health and well being than a few dollars.
