I want to give a special shout-out to Jennifer and all of the wonderful doctors and staff at Nordhoff Veterinary Hospital. Every visit, we are met with kindness, patience, and genuine care — not only for my cats, but for me as well. The team consistently treats my babies with compassion and respect, and it truly shows how much they love what they do. Knowing my pets are in the hands of people who care so deeply brings an incredible sense of comfort and trust. I sincerely appreciate everything Jennifer and the doctors have done for my cats over the years. Their dedication and warmth never go unnoticed, and I truly would not dream of going anywhere else for my cats’ care. Thank you for always taking such amazing care of my family.

I love the vets and staff at this local hospital. Ive brought my fur babies a few times and they always come through for my girls and their anxious worried momma (me). Thank you so much to the entire team for all your hard work.

I cannot thank Nordhoff Veterinary Hospital enough, especially Jennifer for helping save my dog Stormi’s life. Stormi was bitten by a rattlesnake while we were on a hike, and I was completely panicked, and I am not the easiest to deal with when I’m panicked. I called their office and Jennifer answered. She immediately calmed me down, reassured me, and guided me through each step on what to do. She directed me to the appropriate emergency animal hospital, called ahead, and made sure everything was ready for Stormi before we even arrived even sent over her records. In one of the most terrifying moments of my life, Jennifer was calm, compassionate, and incredibly helpful. Her quick thinking and genuine care made all the difference. This office truly cares about their patients and their families I have been going here for over 4 years with all 3 of my dogs and forever will. I am beyond grateful. Thank you again for everything you did for Stormi. My best friend is home with Me. I would like to note that Jennifer and the team did not have to go to the extent they did, but they did this truly shows the team they all are.

The doctors and staff here were incredible at helping my fur baby out and making sure he got all the care he needed. They are very punctual with calling and texting with updates and well as checking in after a few days to make sure everything is still okay. I will definitely keep coming back with my cat.

If a 10 star rating were an option I would give the team at Nordhoff Veterinary Hospital 10 Stars!!! They are the best! I am a new fur mom (and very nervous) and my puppy was 6 weeks old when we got him. Dr. Popescu & Dr. Gonzales are both amazing. When one is not available the other will see my George. George had some issues with his tummy and they took excellent care of him. We have gone in about 6-7 times in the first couple weeks and each time we are more and more impressed with the care and service of the team! When I say team, I mean team! From Delores and Cindi in the front who have received countless calls and texts from me (yes, you can message them!) to all the techs (Delany, Giselle, Max & David) and yes we have met them all lol! They all work well together, truly care for George's well being and always follow up with a call and ask about his progress. When I call with a question, they either answer right on the spot or a Dr. will call very shortly thereafter. With an emergency situation, they always get us in the same day and make time for him and we do not feel rushed. Both Dr.'s are equally outstanding! Honestly, I wish we as humans would get this kind of care from our medical providers! So glad I found this group and my mind is at ease that George is in the best hands!

I had to update my review after a few years. My family and I have been going to Nordhoff Vet for years now. The staff is amazing. Professionalism, experience, but the kindness is what separates them to me. Most people who work with animals are kind but I was truly touched with the entire team here when my dog Teddy was sick and ultimately passed. ❤️Dr. Cohen❤️ and all the techs and receptionists (Jennifer❤️) went above and beyond to provide me with comfort during an impossible situation. Dr. Cohen is hands down the best vet I’ve experienced. She is incredibly smart, pragmatic and equally caring. I drive from West Hollywood to come here which if you know LA is wild. This place has earned a lifetime of loyalty from me for the way they run their practice and the people they hire.

I absolutely love everyone that works there and so does my pugs. They’ve saved my Gema so many times and I can’t thank them enough for all they do. From the front desk, the techs and of course all the vets. I’m so lucky to have found them and always recommend to others. ❤️‍🩹 thank you 🐾🐾
