Whole Pet Veterinary Hospital truly went above and beyond for us. Our usual office couldn’t get us in for a last-minute nail trim, but they were kind enough to arrange an appointment at their Mount Holly location, and I’m so grateful they did. My dog can be very particular about who she trusts, but the technician we worked with was absolutely incredible. She was calm, patient, and so gentle that my dog took to her right away, which made the entire experience so much easier for both of us. Normally my pup has to be sedated for nail trims, but this was the first time she didn’t need it. The office also has a window that kept her busy while we waited, which helped minimize her stress even more. It’s clear that the team here genuinely cares about the animals they see. Thank you for everything you do for all the fur babies you care for each day. We appreciate you more than you know!

We are new puppy parents and couldn’t be happier with our experience at Whole Pet. Their staff is kind, accommodating, knowledgeable, and patient with all the questions we ask. They took great care of our Boykin Spaniel puppy for all her vaccinations. They also offer "Happy" visits at no charge, where you can bring your pet into the vet and they get love and treats from all the staff. These visits help build positive associations with the vet. We’ve done a handful of these along with our regular visits, and our pup loves going there now. Whole Pet will be our permanent vet for sure!

This a great hospital! The staff and doctors are an exceptional and caring team. Dr. Hemstreet and Dr. Ritzman both are kind, loving and very professional. They both were amazing with my two little ones. The staff: Meagan, Ashlie, Nicki, Karen, Milan, Evelin, Sarah and Nikki are all wonderful people who come to work everyday to care for pets and people as well. I highly recommend this hospital for any pet owner in need or for yearly care. I am grateful for their love, grace and hard work.

I can’t recommend Dr. Hemstreet and Whole Pet’s phenomenal staff of technicians enough. We have been with Dr. Hemstreet for over 5 years and feel so fortunate to have her looking after our dogs! She is thorough and caring, and she makes us feel like her only priority every visit (which goes an along way in an industry where you can often feel like one in a million). We had Milan as our technician today, and she was so compassionate and patient with our dogs. We always enjoy our visits and feel so well taken care of!
