West Ballantyne Animal Hospital

After moving up from Florida, I was really stressed out about finding a good vet for my Doberman. West Ballantyne Animal Hospital is amazing! Everyone from the Vets, assistants and front desk are first class. You can tell they love animals and care for each one that comes in the door. I couldn’t be more thankful for them.

I had a wonderful experience at West Ballantyne Animal Hospital. I took my sister’s dog, Rosemary, in for an ultrasound and the entire team was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we walked in. The staff made us feel comfortable, took the time to answer our questions, and treated Rosemary with such kindness and care. It’s clear that they truly care about the animals they see and the people who bring them in. The visit was smooth, professional, and reassuring. I’m very grateful for the compassion and excellent service we received and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for outstanding veterinary care. 🐾

WORST animal hospital we have ever been to. If we could give a negative number of stars we would. The vets are very rude, arrogant, dismissive, and lack complete compassion. My pup is very anxious and really struggled whenever he had an appointment. We now go to Petfolk in Fort Mill and he is so much happier! We strongly advise people NOT to take their fur babies here. Absolutely awful!

I recently moved to Charlotte and took my sheltie to West Ballantyne today. Dr. Jones listened to my concerns about Phoebe and thoroughly explained her suggestions for treatment. I felt welcome from the moment I walked in. I’m taking Phoebe back in a couple of weeks for a dental cleaning. It is hard finding new doctors when you move and today’s visit was a nice experience.

If you come here I garantee your going to love it and so will your pet. If your looking for patience, kindness, and knowledgable people, this is the place to come. I didn't know them from Adam, but when I left I felt I had made a wise choice for the life of my pet. WBAH yea!

We were very happy with Dr, Linfante & his friendly staff. He took his time & explained things without making us feel rushed. He genuinely cares about his furry patients & it shows. We will definitely be using them as our new Vet! 🐕‍🦺🐾❤️

Dr Linfante was the best doctor for Bruno, treating him with care and love throughout his life. The team was very nice and was very gracious to send a signed card with all the staff after Bruno’s passing.
