Uptown Veterinary Hospital

We brought our cat to Uptown Vet and she got 15 teeth removed! She’s only about a year old and we got her off the side of the road. Always had a pleasant attitude but after the surgery she’s completely different. Loving, affectionate and very playful!! The poor baby must have been in so much pain from the garbage she ate when she was ferrel. Can’t say enough good things about the staff, doctors and other employees. Always professional and take their time to explain everything and very helpful when we had questions along the way. 😻

I am new to the Charlotte area, and a former practicing veterinary technician, so I was feeling picky about where I take my cats. My first experience at Uptown Vet went perfectly, i’m very glad I chose this location. The staff were very welcoming and attentive from the moment we came in. My cat was at ease throughout the entire check in and examination (she can sometimes be feisty). Dr. Becker’s exam was very thorough and I felt I was able to get a clear picture of where my cat’s current health status and needs are at. I didn’t get the name of the staff member who helped with the exam, but I appreciated the gentle care my cat was shown.

From the Dr's to the rest of the staff, this place is AMAZING! They take the time to listen, to diagnose & really care about you & especially the furbabies. And they do exotics! Snakes, bunnies, pretty much anything except birds.

I am so lucky that someone had recommended this vet office to me. I’ve since seen every vet here and every vet here has run some kind of diagnostic or dental surgery on my dogs and they’re all amazing. Beyond that, everyone at this practice is just so friendly and makes you feel welcome and you just know that your babies are in the best hands. I highly recommend.

Dr. Jen (and everyone at the office) are incredible. The warmth and care that Dr. Jen has shown for each of my 3 dogs over the last 5 years or so is nothing short of amazing. So so lucky to have found this vet office and I will never stop coming!

I can't begin to express just how spectacular Uptown Veterinary Hospital and ALL of the team have been during Cosmo’s diagnosis and surgery to remove numerous bladder stones. Friendly, compassionate, professional and skilled are only a few of their exceptional qualities. I was updated with photos of Cosmo and text messages frequently throughout the entire day. Uptown Veterinary Hospital is fabulous, awesome, amazing, impressive, etc, etc, etc. THANKS to everyone from the bottom of my heart. Cosmo says "I love all of you"!! 🐶♥️💖😘

The entire team at Uptown is phenomenal! My cats are handling exams so much better there than anywhere in the past. They are excellent with cats. Very kind and calm staff and they spend as much time with me as I need. I never feel rushed and all my questions get answered. Highly recommend! Edit: A year later and I’m still so thrilled with the team at Uptown! Dr. Jen is seriously the best, and so are the techs and staff. You won’t regret taking your fur babies here!
