Very impressed with the new doctor, Dr. Hunter Priester. She has been working to organize the clinic as well see clients. I can already see the improvement in the clinic. She is a highly skilled surgeon and listens attentively to my concerns. I brought my 2 anxious dogs and she is the first Veterinarian to calm them down during examination. I will now bring my 2 cats to Quail Hollow. She also a specialist in "pocket pets"! So now I have someone to treat my rabbit! Thank you Dr. Priester!

My wife took pumba (our senior dog who we just inherited unexpectedly from her dad when he passed) to his first vet appointment ever. And the vet Amy was amazing! We don’t really have a lot of funds for this but we knew he needed to see someone and we would figure it out somehow. Amy worked with us! She’s not trying to get you to spend the most money. She’s actually trying to help the pets!! The staff say everyone who comes once always stays !

It pains me to write this negative review. After five unsuccessful attempts over a 7-week period to get a response from this office about a test given in error to my cat, in which the vet offered to refund me for, the office has not responded to my emails, voicemail, or message left with the receptionist over a phone call. Generally, the in-person care our cat received at this office was good, with friendly staff. Dr. Coady was great. After Dr. Coady's departure, this office now seems disorganized and unprofessional. Perhaps they are just understaffed. At any rate, 5 attempts over 7 weeks to get a response from your vet means we'll be taking our cat elsewhere.

Dr. Coady, with her staff Vivian & JD took amazing care of "Cookie" our new puppy. It was her first visit and she loved them. Thank you so much for a great experience!

Easily the best experience I have ever had at a veterinarian hospital! My new puppy Bruce ABSOLUTLEY loved everyone working there! Such a welcoming clean environment with people who truly care about animals. They even had toys and little snacks for my puppy that helped keep him calm and relaxed for his visit. I know Bruce trusts them and so do I! 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a new Vet

Update: I have a second cat, with several medical issues, and Dr. Cody gives her the best care. Everyone in the office knows us by now and is genuinely invested in how my cat is doing. I'm so grateful for everyone at Quail Hollow. I have a very fussy cat and they are very good with her here, and they recommend sensible care, instead of the most expensive option

I just got a Labradoodle puppy. At 62, this is the first indoor puppy I've ever "owned" (although he would probably debate who owns who), and so I was nervous and mindful about doing everything right. After talking with a number of "dog" friends, I decided to try Quail Hollow Veterinary Hospital at the recommendation of a friend who had been taking their dogs for some time. I was more that pleased at the courteous, professional care Prince Maxim received... but, even more for the time that both Dr. Whitlark and Dr. Bermin took with me on the phone after the visit, answering every question I had without ever making me feel rushed. I loved getting a follow up call the day after each visit to check on Maxim to see how he was responding to shots or medication and just the general sense of care that I felt for my puppy and myself. I'll definitely recommend this practice to other puppy friends in the future.
