Petfolk Veterinary & Urgent Care - SouthPark

Just moved to Charlotte and after days of looking for a new vet for my pup, I stumbled across PetFolk southpark location and I am so impressed!! Our visit today was so incredibly seamless, and the team was amazing at loving on my Gentle Giant. They were also so accommodating to my overall budget for today’s visit, we are so excited to find a new home here!

Dr. Yasin was so incredible. This is our first experience with a puppy and I couldn’t not have felt more cared for and heard. We are going to be in the best of hands with him. So grateful

The first thing I noticed is how calm, clean, quiet and welcoming PetFolk is. It doesn’t feel like your typical vet office which is usually noisy, cold and uninviting, which causes my pets to be stressed at visits. My pup was very calm and relaxed. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Dr. Yasin has an impeccable bedside manner. He has a very gentle touch and calm energy. He is always willing to spend the time answering our questions and always gives a thorough exam. Everything happens in the exam room. You never have to hand your pet over which also helps my pets stay calm. I highly recommend PetFolk.

My experience with this veterinarian was amazing! I woke up to my cat having a somewhat urgent issue and I was able to get an appointment within 2 hours and they provided me with a very accurate quote as well. The environment was calm and clean, and the staff were very kind and attentive. The service was quick and you could tell that the doctors really had my kitties best interest in mind. My kitty was purring the whole time and they even gave him a churu treat! This is definitely going to be my primary veterinarian from here on out because I am just so satisfied with the service.
