Boston’s first visit, since we just moved here from Delaware. He loved his visit and whatever they gave him was magic! He was feeling back to normal the next day!! Boston wants to let you know HE IS IN LOVE WITH SARA (she was so sweet to him)!!! Thank you so much for the great service!!
I just want to start off with saying this is the best experience I’ve ever had going to the vet, all of the staff are so nice and kind, Dr C is amazing, she’s so passionate about pets and their well being, she treated my cat Kitty with so much gentleness and care you would’ve thought it was her cat, Kitty was never scared or uncomfortable, she was actually purring when Dr C was handling her, I don’t think I’ll be going to another vet for a very long time.
I brought my dog in because he wasn’t acting like himself. He was hot and drooling. The staff was kind. They did scare me unnecessarily by misusing the ecg, resulting in them telling me that my dog had an area tic heartbeat. This of course send me down the road of catastrophe. Apparently they had the machine focuses wrong and his heartbeat was NOT erratic. The staff is competent but very young. The end result was fine and my boy is on the mend with antibiotics. The cost was a lot, but frankly, so it everything these days.
My dog became increasingly anxious about going to the groomer or even the vet after a difficult experience at a well-known pet retail chain. He wouldn’t let anyone but me touch his paws. The staff here were incredibly patient and gentle, taking the time to help him feel safe and comfortable again. Their kindness made all the difference — I can’t recommend them highly enough.
My family is a first time pet owner and we have adopted a Yorkie mixed. I didn’t have any idea or experience with how to take care of our adorable puppy and wanted to make sure we provided best care from him. Our dog name is Kaine and when we walked into GoodVets, the introduction was wonderful. They called him by his name and made all of us feel welcomed. The Veterinarian, Dr. C was great as well. She answered all my questions and was very patience with me. All the staff that was working that day provided excellent customer service with a caring and warm environment. This is definitely the best place for my dog, Kaine. 😊
They gave me updates on my dog while he was there for his surgery. The dr and staff communicated with me very well. They are pricey but it’s worth it for how much they care about my big guy
Losing my dog Marley was one of the hardest moments. He was with me for so many years, and saying goodbye broke me in ways I didn’t expect. But the team at GoodVets made that heartbreaking day as gentle and humane as it could possibly be. From the moment we walked in, they treated Marley with respect, patience, and real compassion. Not the fake kind, the kind you can feel. They explained everything clearly, they moved slowly, and they made sure he wasn’t scared or in pain. They gave me space when I needed it and support when I couldn’t hold myself together. After Marley passed, they even wrote me a loving, handwritten card. I didn’t expect that. It meant more than they know. I’m tearing up even writing this because it reminded me that there are still genuinely good people in this world — people who care about animals and the families who love them. GoodVets didn’t just help Marley pass peacefully. They helped me get through one of the hardest days. I’ll never forget their kindness.
