Finding a vet that meets my standards was a challenge until I found this clinic. As a dedicated cat mom, Malley and Circe are my world, and I treat them exactly like my own biological children. Dr. Presley and the entire team—especially Delphine—have been incredibly patient, supportive, and accommodating with us. The care provided is top-notch. You can see how much Dr. Presley genuinely cares for his patients; even though Malley and Circe aren't fans of vet visits, I can tell they feel safe in his hands. I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else. Thank you to the whole team for the amazing care (and for putting up with me!)

They truly care about your fur babies. Not just another money hungry facility - which I have experienced before. I always leave feeling like they weren't just trying to get over on me ($), and genuinely want the best for my pup.

I can't say enough about how caring and empathetic the folks at this place are. I'm newish to Charlotte and hadn't found a vet yet but my sick dog needed to be seen. I did not receive good news about his health and while giving us this news Dr. Pressley sat on the floor with us and gave us the sad news, explained it in detail, and shot it to us straight which I really appreciate. We had to make the devastating decision to go back a couple days later so they could help our dog pass peacefully and Dr. Skinner helped us that day. She was so sweet and kind. I feel like the doctors and the staff treated us like we had been patients for years. The compassion they all had was really heartwarming. This was a terrible time but everyone I encountered was extremely kind. I appreciate them so much!

Dr. Pressley is awesome. I have been coming here for many years, and he is always friendly and caring of my babies. I also want to give a shout-out to Samantha, one of the vet techs. I can tell she really cares about animals, and she was so wonderful with my little guy.

Brookdale Animal Hospital was willing to see me even though my pup was not an established patient with them to get an emergency Rabies booster after a coyote scare. I can’t thank Dr Miles and Alexis enough for their help. We will be moving all of our pet care to Brookdale!

I had a wonderful experience at Brookdale Animal Hospital! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, kind, and clearly cared about the well being of every pet that came through the door. The vet took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and treated my pet with so much patience and compassion. The facility was clean, well organized, and professional. What really stood out was how attentive they were they made sure my pet was comfortable and followed up after the visit to check in. You can tell they truly love what they do. I highly recommend Brookdale Animal Hospital to anyone looking for trustworthy and compassionate veterinary care!

I was skeptical of switching my dog to a new office at first but this is by far the best vet in the Concord/Charlotte area. My dog has been a patient for the last two years and the Brookdale team is always extremely helpful and nice. I can't praise this office highly enough! 10/10 I would highly recommend taking your pet to Brookdale Animal Hospital.
