I have been taking my pets here for many years but never reviewed them. Yesterday, I had to put my pet to sleep. They were so compassionate and caring. They worked in an emergency appointment, they gave a brief exam and options for our pet. We elected the best possible outcome and they were so kind. They let us have all the time we needed. Our appointment went way after they closed but at no point were we hurried or felt rushed. When we were ready, they kindly and gently administered the medicine needed and then they helped us very compassionately as we were leaving. Shoutout to Dara at the front desk - she was the kindest, most helpful soul and the vet tech was amazing as was the doctor. Our baby was on the Banfield pet plan as a kitten and over the years the Cotswold location has been there for us and our pets. He was 15 and they have cared for him from baby visit to euthanasia. I couldn't ask for a better vet experience in an awful time. Thank you all for your kindness, empathy and compassion.

I recently had a wellness check and teeth cleaning for my dogs. There was a miscommunication with drugs administered. I said no to the nausea medication and yes to the revive my dogs if they died. They were given the nausea medication I was against. Thankfully the staff were understanding and I was not charged the $200+ I won't go into details however my dispute was undeniable. Everyone i dealt with was compassionate and understanding. I went back to the vet the very next day because my dogs were not the same. I was sick. I was able to talk with technician and dr. I was so relieved and happy with how they responded. I want to personally thank Dr. Cowell, Alexis, Najeya, Danielle and Sabrina. These ladies are exactly in the right profession. I can’t say enough incredible things about Dr. Goff and her amazing team. I came in with my puppy Mila during an emergency situation, and from the moment I walked through the door, I was met with warmth, compassion, and a calming presence that I desperately needed. Dr. Goff’s bedside manner is unmatched—she cares deeply, leads with compassion, and her knowledge and love for animals truly shine through. It’s clear she’s doing this work from the heart, and Mila and I felt that in every moment. A special thank you to Dajuana and Danielle at the front desk—absolute sweethearts who instantly made me feel supported and at ease. Danielle advocated for Mila and Dajuana was on her hands and knees giving my baby attention—And to Leslie, the vet tech, thank you for your gentle, reassuring care and for treating Mila as if she were your own- you get 10/10 stars. You assessment was through and well done. You were a true light in a stressful moment. Mila and I are beyond blessed to have found Dr. Goff and her incredible team. Thank you all for going above and beyond—you turned a terrifying experience into one filled with comfort and hope.

Very friendly, and professional Nova was treated with love and kindness. I was informed of her progress during her exam and dental.

A lot of complaints in the reviews. But Not Here! 🙌🙌🙌 Been with this Banfield for 8yrs. The entire staff loves my dog and my dog loves them. He never wants to leave. Front desk employees have been nothing but amazing. Dr. Davis, Dr. Sprattling, and especially Dr. Goff have been amazing Vets.

Have been bringing our dogs here for years. They are always given great treatment by the vets and techs! Huge shout out to Dr. Spratling for always being willing to talk through any concerns I have, and never rush us into a decision.

Extremely frustrated with my service here today, provided by Banfield in Cotswold. They told me my dog was ready for pick up and then released other dogs and made me wait for 30 minutes. When I finally do get him I was told to get a prescription dog food but the doctor who say him gave him a shot and said if the shot doesn’t clear up his allergies then to get the dog food so I had them go back and ask the doctor and she said now I need to buy it? Feels like they weren’t reviewing notes or actually paying attention at all to me or my dog. Super displeased with my visit today. Would go back to Banfield but will avoid this location due to carelessness.
