Absolutely wonderful experience!! I had multiple pleasant interactions with the staff, starting with the initial phone call to the moment we left. We had a very quick visit because we were from out of town with our dog and didn’t realize we needed an updated rabies vaccination record in order to have her on the beach. We had called a few other vets in town, and one hung up on us, didn’t have appointments available until later, or had a long new patient intake process. I called Air Harbor Vet at 8am, they allowed us to walk right in, and had her shot done by 9am! They were so welcoming and understanding and wished us to have an enjoyable vacation from there. It was 50 something dollars and they gave us the tag right then to put on her collar. Now off to the beach with a full day ahead! So glad we found this vet!

This has been my vet since I moved here three years ago, and I feel so lucky to have found them. Everyone, from the front desk to the technicians and doctors, is kind and welcoming. They communicate clearly, take the time to explain things, and charge fair prices for their services. The clinic has a true neighborhood feel, and it’s clear how deeply they care about the animals they treat. I even convinced a friend to switch here, and she’s so glad she did!

The entire place is very clean. Everyone is so helpful and respectful not only to me but my cat as well. I used this clinic back in the 1980's. I moved to Texas for many years, but mow I'm back. I called them for an appointment expecting to see dr Southard, but to my surprise, it is his son. He is so much like his father. I definitely have found the clinic I remembered.

After trying several other vets in this area who I was very disappointed in, I'm so happy my neighbor referred me to Dr Southard. He is the type of vet you hope to find. He has taken great care of my cat and is mindful of the fact that I'm on a limited budget. Truly appreciate his care and the rest of his staff are also very nice to work with

This is the only place I will recommend to take your pet. My 17 year old cat recently had surgery and they did an amazing job taking care of her and doing the procedure. The waiting rooms are separated for cats and dogs and the receptionists and nurses are extremely friendly and caring. Dr. Southard jr is an extraordinary vet doc. Very friendly and knows exactly what is happening with your pet. He is very easy and kind to the animals he sees and did a great job on the surgery. One thing I was surprised by was pricing. They had great prices for a surgery and check ups. I brought my cat back after the surgery because I was worried about excessive swelling and they took a look at her for no charge. 100% will say this is the only vet I will trust with any current and future pets.

Dr Southard is very thorough, explains everything clearly. His office staff are very helpful. Robin has answered my questions many times, in the six and a half years Zelda has been a patient. Great experience, caring Doctor.
