Arizona Avenue Animal Clinic

I recently took my cat to Arizona Ave animal and my experience was less than unsatisfactory. I had an appointment at 3 and did not leave the building until 6pm, and it was apparent that none of the employees cared that I was there waiting for such a long time for basic UTI screening for my cat! Not only was I left in the exam room for over an hour with no updates, but the vet came in with a poor excuse explaining her lateness when she finally arrived. She came in hastily and unapologetic, and talked over me every time I tried to say something to her. She didn’t want to hear what I had to say. Clearly she was too busy, ran way behind, and had too many patients so she was not interested in my cat or myself. I am usually a very understanding person if you are behind seeing patients, but as a younger person, I feel it’s easy to be looked over. I saw visibly with my own eyes dog owners that had appointments way after me, get checked out way before me. I felt like an afterthought- and after spending $500 on exams and medication, my pets issue was still unresolved. I am so unhappy with this place. I will never go back to this vet to see my cat, as they clearly don’t have enough staff to run the place to get your patients out at a reasonable time. 3 hours for a basic UTI check in for my cat, what a joke. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND SEE ANOTHER VET.

Saw Dr. Michelle Mendolia and Vet Tech Haley on my first visit to Arizona Avenue Animal Clinic and had a wonderful consultation and treatment plan! I introduced my 1 month and 16 day old puppy and reintroduced my 6 year old dog as well!

I’ve been a client since 2005/6, and the service has always been great. There has been some turnover in Dr’s which I don’t like however I still highly recommend them. I e moved to Phoenix and I still drive to Chandler because I trust them!

Our previous preferred veterinarian was Dr. Beson, who has since relocated. She set a very high standard with her knowledge, compassion, and exceptional bedside manner when interacting with clients. At our most recent appointment, we saw Dr. Galvan and were very pleased to have a similarly positive experience. She demonstrated the same level of care, professionalism, and attentiveness that we valued so highly with Dr. Beson. Additionally, the front desk team and veterinary technicians were welcoming, capable, and genuinely helpful, contributing greatly to an overall positive experience.

Best wellness fee/exam fee that I've found in this area. Great service. They try to book your appointment so your alone if u have bigs dogs it's great

Great Experience each time we visit! The staff is very pleasant and welcoming. Staff listen to your concerns and work with you. They treat my puppy with care and concern. Highly recommend!!

Took my baby girl to see her new vet. They were very nice and fast at the front desk. When I got to the back our pups vet was very informative, she took the time to listen and explain. She answered all of our questions. I will definitely be going back! Wonderful staff and Veterinarian.
