The professionals at TLC are some of the most qualified and compassionate people in this industry. They are there for the new puppy shots, the palliative care and end of life. They handle all of those visits with the biggest hearts you can imagine. Our family is grateful for them, even when the task is a heartbreaking one. My young children would agree.

Very nice, efficient and caring staff. Got test results very quickly and a call from Dr. Bidwell ad a follow up. Wednesday Adams is very afraid of going anywhere and has taken 2 years to be comfortable in my home and getting used to people and they were so gentle with her.

First appt for my son’s Great Pyrenees 8 mo old puppy. Our son/puppy are in town from Cincy. Puppy had a health issue and TLC was able to fit him in their schedule today. We will continue to use TLC vet when our son’s puppy is visiting. Friend referred us to TLC and she was correct… fantastic vet & staff. Pleased with price for services and medication.

This was our first visit here. The clinic 'Ambassador' gave us a warm welcome and waited with me in the room when my baby had tests done. Dr. Bidwell was very patient and answered all of my questions. I recommend this vet for the service and kindness I received.

Very friendly yet professional staff. This was my first visit and my rescue dog got a thorough exam and all of my concerns/questions were addressed. Dr. Bidwell and staff were also understanding and patient with Cooper as he is adapting to new people and situations. I was impressed and will be making TLC my go-to vet for my furbabies.

The kindest most compassionate care. Highly recommend. Dr Bidwell and staff is amazing. Never doubted or questioned the care my two fur babies were receiving. All options explained, and discussed before treatment.
