This is our new go to vet. They have three veterinarians on the staff makes getting appointments quick and easy. The front of the house staff is friendly and helpful genuinely excited to see your pets come in. Waiting room is easy to navigate there's plenty of space to keep animals from getting too close and it is always spotless. When a vet sees your dog and says hey cutie patootie you know you're in the right place. Lol

We love Chagrin Animal Clinic and have been going there for about three years. Tried a couple other vets in the area, but these guys are the best, specifically, Dr. Binder. Our little 8 pound dog is a bit feisty, but they have found and documented the steps to make her annual checkups quick and easy for both me and the dog. They were also flexible with switching her medication’s for flea and tick and heartworm at my request after I did my own research. Staff is very professional and accommodating And booking appointments is easy on the app or online with friendly reminders via text and email which are so helpful. Can’t recommend this place enough!

You feel welcomed by all the staff from the time you walk in till the time you leave. You can pick one specific doctor or you can see any one of them, they will look at your pets records before they come in. I recommend them whole heartedly.

I do all the time. I have dogs since I was 10 years old and I'm about to hit 67 this year. HERSHEY is my 8th dog, and Dr. BINDER IS ONE OF THE BEST, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND COMPETENT VETS I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH.!!!

***HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE*** Our fur baby needed surgery for an intestinal blockage, and after researching options we chose Chagrin Animal Clinic because of the positive reviews and their friendly communication at the start. Unfortunately, our experience took a heartbreaking turn. Although the surgery was described as routine, our baby boy declined quickly afterward. Despite repeated calls, photos, and concerns about wound seepage and shaking, we were repeatedly told everything was fine. The next day we had to rush him back to the emergency vet, where we learned he was septic and the surgical site had failed. We had to make the devastating decision to put him down. What made this even harder was the lack of compassion afterward. No condolences, no follow‑up call, despite how quickly they contacted us during surgery when asking to approve an additional $850 charge. More than 72 hours later, we still haven’t heard from the doctor. This was a deeply painful experience for our family, and we can’t imagine it happening to anyone else. By sharing our story, we hope it helps you make an informed decision about this clinic.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this animal clinic and the care they gave to my sweet Oreo. From the moment we walked in, the staff was kind, compassionate, and truly attentive. They took the time to listen to my concerns, explain everything clearly, and made sure Oreo was as comfortable as possible every step of the way. You can really tell that they genuinely love and care about animals—not just treating them, but treating them like family. During a stressful time, they gave me peace of mind and treated Oreo with such gentle, loving care. I’m beyond grateful for their professionalism, patience, and kindness. The staff was friendly and helpful. The vet took her time to properly consider which tests to run and carefully chose which medicines to use to treat our dog’s ear and skin infections and allergy. Follow up was exceptional with educational material provided along with a follow up appointment to monitor our dog’s progress. Highly recommend!
