Linn Animal Hospital North

First brought my retired working dog here to establish care since her retirement and instantly fell in love with the staff. I love Dr. Toy and so does Stormy and my cat Milo! Have not met such a caring team in such a long time. If you are in need of a new vet, please check them out!

We loved Linn Animal, spent thousands of dollars on our pups here. Then I made a mistake and missed an appointment- i usually rely on the text reminders which yeah my bad I should have written it down but the woman on the phone was rude and demanding 90$ for the missed vet appointment or they wouldnt see my dog for a follow up. After we had just spent 550 on our pup 2 weeks prior. I get it, if it is maybe TWO missed vet appointments in a row, to then charge a fee. Life happens and miscommunication happens. But trying to charge me nearly 100$ & refusing to see my dog for his follow up appointment after paying them over half of my mortgage for a dog appointment is absolutely out of touch and unethical to me. The lady I spoke to on the phone also was extremely rude and said "well you shouldve wrote it down on your calendar" I was beside myself. I was in customer service on phones for years and couldn’t believe thats how the BUSINESS was speaking to me. Needless to say, we won’t be back & they lost 3 fur patients! Sad because they do have some great Vets!

Just got a nail trimming for my dog. Easy peasy! In and out and the ladies there where so nice and took care of my little buddy "Clarkie"

Had a spot on my dog Willow I needed looked at, and not only was I able to be seen quickly, (day and time wise) but the staff there (especially Hailey) were absolutely wonderful. Willow has as much anxiety as I do unfortunately (a lot) and they were so kind and patient with both her and myself.

Linn Animal Hospital has provided such exceptional care for my two dogs. Their dedication to going above and beyond is second to none. My dog Rylie just recently passed and they were so caring and supportive. They made her feel comfortable and gave her treats to make her happy. They always answer every question I have and make me feel right at home. The people that work the front desk are so nice and compassionate. The whole team is absolutely incredible. I have been a customer there for a very long time (over 20 years) and wouldn’t recommend any other company more. My dog Rylie was with me for 16 years and they made that all possible with the care they gave her. Thank you Linn Animal Hospital ❤️

I have an aggressive dog when it comes to vets. No one knew how to handle her. She’s 10 and has literally been to 8 vets. My husband became friends with one of the vets here and he has done such a great job. We got a new puppy and he’s really made the experience so relaxing and wonderful. I wish we started going to him sooner with our older dog.
