We are new arrivals to CID and my little 7 pound terrier started to show signs of blindness. We’ve been over to CR animal Hospital three times now and the care has been outstanding; we’ve never once sat down in the waiting room as there’s always a patient room ready, Drs. Roa and Stout have been wonderful and sensitive while I was losing my mind with the notion that my 13-year-old is losing his sight to glaucoma. Special shout out to the techs who are fantastic and efficient and take such good care of my guy! Finally, thank you to Doctor Amanda Stout for talking me off the ledge as I faced this new reality. My little guy is doing really well and we might even be getting some sight back. When you move to a new town, there’s nothing more important than finding a great Vet and we did with this team. I haven’t even looked for a doctor for myself yet! Who cares - get me a good vet first and foremost 🙂

Great care for our shiba inu, He didn’t want to eat his pill, so we got him the pill pocket treats the smoked flavor one and when we got home from the vet the first thing he did was scarf down his medicine that we previously had so much trouble getting him to eat. I have 4 fur babies and all of them are now patients here. We were formerly with All Pets but they closed and I need a n emergency appt for my foster for his ear and was able to get in with in a day. The Doctors are over the top helpful and directive to proper nutrition. I couldn't be happier with my choice.

They have been the primary care for our cat. With the equipment and specialists on hand, they do great work and make sure they can provide the best care. If they cant, they know where to send you to make sure that you and your animal are taken care of.

Hands down -the most caring and competent hands in the area to treat my fur family members. Highly recommend the Dr’s and team at CRAH!

Cedar Rapids Animal Hospital loves pets! The vets and staff have taken care of our four cats since we got them - each harvested from our backyard. To CRAH, these aren't just ferals brought in from the cold. They are loved family members that deserve the same care as any pet. With their help, our cats are in excellent health, ready for years of snuggles, treats, and naps in a ray of sun.

From Abby and all at the reception desk to the techs who give our cat his weekly infusion, to Dr. Stout--all are caring, courteous, and knowledgeable! Dr. Stout is gentle and explains things well. If we have any questions or concerns that we email to her, she answers within the day with information and suggestions. They are a competent and caring bunch!
