Our Rottweiler severely injured her 'knee' and required replacement surgery (I forget what it is really called). After much searching, we were fortunate to find Maryland Veterinary Surgical Services. Our experience with Dr. Walesby was excellent. She is highly skilled and talented, she genuinely cares about outcomes & personally responded to our questions and concerns! The clinic itself is open and welcoming, and the staff were consistently kind, professional, and reassuring. The surgery went perfectly, and the results have been truly amazing. Our pup is back up and running as if nothing ever happened! We also greatly appreciated the 'all-inclusive' pricing, which covered the surgery, all medications, the collar, and multiple follow-up appointments. We are extremely grateful for the care our dog received and would highly recommend this clinic to anyone in need of surgical care for their pet.

Dr. Walesby and her staff are amazing! They let us know that they were there throughout the entire process and made sure that our anxious girl was comfortable. We felt comfortable leaving our dog in their care. We hope to not need another surgery in the future, but if we do there is no question of where we will go.

Our dog, Guppy, had to have back-to-back TPLO surgeries on both hind legs and our experience was excellent all around. Everyone was super nice, responsive to questions, accessible, and everything with the surgeries and recoveries went great. Would definitely recommend to others.

Dr. Wallesby and her team took absolutely exceptional care of my sweet boy when he got a bilateral TPLO. They were by far the most reasonably priced, and were willing to do both legs at once. The all inclusive pricing gave me peace of mind, and came in handy when we had a muscle injury about 18 weeks post op. All of the staff here are caring, thorough and just love animals. My boy got absolutely spoiled! I could not recommend them more!

Dr. Walesby and her staff are the best! We travel from out of state to go to MVSS! They provide the best care, clear discharge instructions, plan and follow-up instructions and appointments. Our pup had TPLO surgery on both knees and she’s back, running around, enjoying walks and hiking again!

So grateful we were recommended to this place by our vet. Our 9 yr young shep mix needed pretty extensive knee surgery, and they made us feel confident that they could take good care of her. And they did just that. Everyone was so professional throughout the process. By following their guidance through out her recovery, our girl is now good to go!
