Last Friday was the hardest day of my families life. We had to choose to put our dog we've had for 12 years to rest. Everyone here made this horrible day a lot easier for us. I was given all of my options with no judgment over our very hard choice, the ladies gave us all the time we needed to be with him and say our goodbyes and all transactions were made in the room. We chose cremation, so we didn't get to take him home, but they gave us a footprint mold and some of his fur for keepsakes. So I just want them to know their kindness was appreciated, and I will continue to bring my other puppy in for all his care.
The staff and Dr here have been very kind and considerate with my pal Mac and I . They treated us both with excellent care and compassion . I left Mac in very capable hands and have no concerns about how he is going to be taken care of . I recommend them for the care of any animal , large or small .
I seriously credit Dr. Kelleher for saving our little puppy's life. Called in a panick as our dog had ingested a hair scrunchie and needed a xray to confirm if it was possibly stuck. Unfortunately what we assumed became reality and not only did she stay hours after closing to assure our dog was taken care of she took on the case with such little notice. Our hearts are forever thankful for her and her staff! 🙏🏼
extremely rude desk staff. disrespectful. inconsiderate. never even bothered explaining to me about vaccinations or even offered it for my pet and new vet was confused why there was no record of any vaccines. waited until I was ordering pets life saving prescription to tell me I needed to come in for appointment then treated me like im imcompetent and cant understand what a "check up" is. I was wanting to know why I never received a call or reminder or anything about this "check up" rude phone staff just kept repeating what a check up was. waste of time. so glad I stopped taking my pet to Carrollton! save your patience and go anywhere else, literally.
My pets have never been here, but I will forever be grateful to Dr. Gardner and Hayley. One of my dogs had a bleeding tumor, and I reached out to my friend for advice while waiting to get my dog to another vet for a second opinion. Dr. Gardner had no problem giving life-saving advice to a pet that was not even under their care. My vet said Harley would not have been doing so well had it not been for them. If this is how they treat pets that are not under their care, I can only imagine those that are get the best treatment. Thank you so much, you have no idea how much I appreciate you.
I took my cat to get fixed and shots updated. The vet was very friendly and was attentive to all my requests for my favorite little fur baby. They took excellent care of him and were very kind and informative with me. Will definitely be my cats only vet.
The doctor has taken very good care of my animals. Especially the older man that was in there. And the girls that work in the examining room and draw the blood,,they are just as sweet as can be. But the two girls that worked in the office today on 04 21, when I was in there, were just as rude as can be. I had to return bears medicine for the third time they had it wrong and do not update their charts. The girl that took my money? She said it was just an accident, and they do happen, but I explained to her. They made two mistakes on Kacis my other dogs medicine and (three mistakes on bears).medicine that is no longer an accident. The older fellow told me they didn't know what the right hand was doing from the left hand when they messed up on k a c i's. When I asked the girl again to update the chart. She got rude and said accidents do happen, and I explained to her.I understand that, but they've happened with both my dogs multiple times. When my dog takes a heart pill, I expect to have it on the chart what he take an how often he takes it. I should not have to take the prescription back in and tell them every time that it's not right.. I don't even mind paying the price that they charge me. But the rudeness is absolutely ridiculous. The older man told me when they let my dog go twice without her seizure medicine in between blood test that I was lucky. She didn't have a seizure. Then they tried to blame me for it.They said either I wasn't giving her her medicine or she wasn't taking it. Here they shorted me on pills for a week to ten days before her blood work. I thought they took her off the medicine to get a normal blood reading. Twice this was done.It caused me to have to have more blood work done. Before the older gentleman realized they weren't given me enough medication from blood work to blood work. Even he himself shook his head. The girls that work in the examining room are absolutely the best , the two that worked out front today were absolutely the worst. The one got really upset because I asked her last time to update that chart, and she told me she did. I go in there today. And it's not updated with the amount that my dog takes. You two people in the office can get as mad as you want. These are my dogs and I wanna make sure they get the best care
