We absolutely LOVE Kindred Heart and are so glad we have found such a wonderful veterinary office. Dr Williams is just outstanding and makes both of our boys but especially our anxious XL dog feel so calm. It is refreshing to go to a vet office that actually acknowledges the animal and puts effort in to gain trust and positive association for future visits. The entire staff is just amazing!

About to move out of Chapel Hill, so giving a review today to thank all the doctors and nurses who have helped my elder cat, Soba, over the past three years. He had seen the vet here for regular checkups, vaccines, muscle and skin issues, and, more recently, his gastrointestinal issues. It is very easy to schedule appointments, sometimes same-day appointments. Every time I feel so welcome and supported, and Soba is now stable and doing better with the care he received. I wish I could stay here forever so that Soba can have the best vet care, but we've decided to move. Highly recommend for your fur babies!

I cannot say enough positive things about this veterinary practice. The doctors are incredibly attentive and genuinely sensitive to my pet’s needs, which makes such a difference in the quality of care they provide. I completely trust them with every aspect of my pet’s health. What stands out most is how much time and care the entire team takes to truly get to know my pet. They are patient, compassionate, and consistently make him feel comfortable and at ease during every visit. It’s clear that everyone here cares deeply about the animals they treat, and that level of dedication shows in every interaction. If you’re looking for a veterinary team that is knowledgeable, compassionate, and truly invested in your pet’s wellbeing, I highly recommend them.

I didn’t know that a veterinarian visit could be so great! The staff is kind, caring, communicative, and all around amazing. At the previous vet, our pup would start shaking, tucking in her tail and pulling away from the building as soon as we arrived, but it’s all happy tail wags and excitement when she’s greeted by Kindred Heart staff. Beautiful, clean and comfortable spaces and a quick and easy admin process on the way out complete the positive experience.

I've had Dr Reeves look after my two Shih Tzu's for the past 4 years. She and her staff are kind and caring, reliable and responsible. Safe hands to trust your loving pets with. From anal gland expression to a recent significant dental surgery, it's all very professional in every way. Thanks Dr. Reeves and Staff!

Awesome, awesome first experience. We took our new 1yo shelter dog in and immediately the vet tech Tess got on the floor to meet her and love her up, while talking to us and checking her paper records. Then Dr. Williams came in and she did the same! I have never seen a vet do that - she showed her love of animals, as well as her knowledge and her humor. We definitely found the right place for our family.

I brought my cat in for a check up and they said he needed some dental work/extractions and the staff at Kindred Heart were amazing. They laid out what was necessary, how to administer pre-operation medications, what my estimate would be, and answered any questions I had. On the day of the surgery, they kept in contact with me to keep me updated on my cat's progress during the procedure, and they even called the next day to check up on him. Everyone was very professional and made me feel comfortable.
