Awesome place! Have took my 3 cats there over the years and they all LOVE the vet team! They are always super kind, understanding and always willing to help make a plan of care when funds are tight.

The team at Pet Vet 365 - Cool Creek is top notch! Each time we have brought our cats or dog in, they have been attentive, patient and kind. I have never been to a better practice and I couldn’t recommend Pet Vet more!

I truly could not recommend this place more. They are the kindest, most caring vets and vet techs I have ever met. They made the euthanasia process, and Hospice process, so much easier for me and provided me with a lot of helpful resources when needing to make the difficult decision. During said process, they gave me a lot of time to spend with him and he never had to leave my side. They also worked with me on a payment plan when costs became a burden for me, which is very uncommon with vets in my experience as well. They truly care about your pets anxiety as well, and do everything they can to make them comfortable the entire visit. Thank you so so much to Cool Creek/Carmel again, I’m forever grateful.

Dr. Mercer and her team are simply amazing. So kind and caring. They have been with my three dogs and me nearly all their lives. From diagnosing diseases to preventative care recommendations, Dr. Mercer is so warm and kind...You want her in your corner when it comes to the health and happiness of your four-legged family members.

Wow. I was blown away by this place. I have a reactive dog who is fearful in vet offices and acts aggressive. I just moved here and I had a great fear free certified vet where I was at, but this place completely exceeded all of my expectations. My dog has *never* been so calm and comfortable in a vets office! The office is even set up like a living room. The staff were so kind and patient and listened attentively to all of my concerns. I feel so lucky to live near this office!! I know my pup is in good hands.

PetVet365 is a great place for great care for your pet! Dr Cannon is amazing and is a true animal lover and goes above and beyond for your pet! She always does for my 3 girls! Always available whenever we need her! Highly recommend PetVet365, Dr Cannon and the staff!

I don’t know where to even begin. We followed Dr. Cannon from a different practice a year ago. We cannot even begin to share how much we love Pet365! Dr. Cannon is absolutely the best, and we have also grown to love Dr. Mercer. Our two pups absolutely love coming to their appointments, which brings us a lot of comfort. The way they approach their care (making it fun!) is absolutely phenomenal. They try to create a culture (lots of treats!) to allow for our pups to feel comfortable. They try to create a home-like environment (couches!) that help the pup and us feel comfortable. You simply do not see this anywhere else. The costs are also extremely reasonable. We cannot recommend Pet365 - Cool Creek enough. You will NOT be disappointed!!
