Could not ask for a better place for all of my animals I bring in here. I had my 2 oldest dogs brought in and laid to rest here and the staffs compassion is unbelievable. I will always continue to bring my animals here. The care and respect the employees have for the animals is so amazing!

I’ve always had a great experience with Dr. Thompson but there’s a dark haired lady working at the front that is very rude when you have questions. She got aggressive in tone with me when I had a question about the bill. I’m not an aggressive person and my question wasn’t aggressive either. Sorry but won’t recommend to my family members because the staff is just as important as the doctor. We won’t be back either. Kindness goes a long way. Just FYI… every brown skinned person that comes with a question doesn’t mean they’re going to attack you because of the answer. Just kindly answer the question. Kiddos to the blonde haired lady, she’s a kind keeper.

We love Dr. Thompson and all of the staff. Everyone is friendly, attentive, and they always go above and beyond on their service and care.

These are all very caring people with a big heart they have helped several of my animals last year and On lgoing this year and I couldn’t be more pleased with them

Having moved here in 2019, I needed to find a new vet for my pups. Dr Robin Thompson has been wonderful in working with my German Shepherd and her complicated immune condition that affects her nose. Her medication regime has had to be altered multiple times to get it under control and varies throughout the year. She has been accommodating in maintaining that. She also listens to your concerns and needs and doesn't push products or unnecessary tests during treatment. We lost our Schnauzer during COVID and they were very accommodating and caring for our final goodbye. Staff is always great and helpful. Saturday morning hours help if ever needed. Have had a few emergencies over the few years and would have loved to have an after hours emergency on call number for a vet we have a working relationship with, but you will be referred to an emergency vet on Whipple after hours. They no longer board animals either, so if you're looking for a one-stop vet this may not work for you. Prices are very reasonable and they will write Rx for medications to be filled at outside pharmacies if needed.

My dog is well taken care of there. Nothing but good things to say about the staff and facility!!
