I love this facility. Everyone is so kind & friendly, and it's obvious how much they care about their patients and patients' families. When one of my cats had to have her eye removed, they took such good care of her AND me. Their follow up call checked on my girl's physical well-being as well as my emotional/mental well-being. She healed quickly without complications. They also present diagnoses, treatment options, and general care suggestions in ways that are easy to understand, so I always feel like I'm able to make a well-informed decision. Appointment scheduling/rescheduling is easy. Administrative staff is knowledgeable with great patient/family relations skills. Highly recommend! Sharing pix of my cats for review visibility.

Dr Ross and all the staff have been absolutely amazing. I have had many furr babies and they have listened and been there for me, going beyond reasonable to squeeze us in for needed care. And over the past few years, they have helped me through the end with my 21 and 18 year old kitties with empathy and kindness.

I am very please with Stark County Animal Hospital. Four dogs and some 20 years later, I wouldn't go anywhere else. They have taken care of Phoebe, Zoe, Chase and now Oliver, who just recently underwent teeth cleaning and extractions. During the pandemic, I contacted them because Oliver wasn't well. From speaking with them they determined that Oliver needed emergency care, but realized they couldn't get him in and actually recommended another veterinarian who determined that Oliver needed surgery! Clean and pleasant office and friendly staff, they've helped me take really good care of our pets.

Staff is amazing with kindness and sensitivity. I have always been made very aware of costs and staff is understanding if you say I just can't do that right now. And they do not give up on tough cases they keep trying. Have cats with major behavioral issues and the staff has bent over backwards to help us out.

Dr. Eboch and the tech that helped us were wonderful, as always. And the two ladies at the front always make my day! Best staff here!

My cat has extreme crate anxiety, the staff here go above and beyond to help ease his anxiety to and from their office. Everyone is friendly, polite and willing to provide the best care for my fur baby. He is an easy going guy when comfortable and has never had a problem making himself at home. They offer him treats when giving shots and always offer feedback in a positive tone. They speak to you in a way that doesn't make you feel less educated. The office is always clean and well maintained. I'm grateful to have found a place that put his needs first and my mind at ease knowing they want the best for him.

I really like the staff and Dr. Eboch. They're very friendly and compassionate, and they work hard to meet my dog's needs. They go out of their way to get him comfortable before examining him and that goes a long way to reduce his stress! I never feel rushed and everybody always is happy to answer my many questions. I would absolutely recommend this vet practice!
