When I read the reviews that are negative from this place, I just shake my head. It is the most caring kind place ever and if you can’t get a hold of them: just email them ! They will email you back, even the doctor herself. They also have the nicest techs That are very knowledgeable. Mainly, you just need to Have patience. No different Than any other business This day and age. The good places that care about customer service are few and far between. This place strives to make everything as comfortable as possible. If you have a problem, just let them know. Don’t write a bad review. You can go ahead and try a new vet in Stark co but you’re not gonna find one any better I love Cotwins and I’ve been coming to them for about 9 years. I moved to Canton 11 years ago And I did try two other vets since I’ve been here no one compares. They have helped me through three dogs. We’re lucky to have them.

I cannot say enough good things about CoTwins Veterinary Services. There have been multiple times when I’ve reached out with concerns about one of our pets, including one true emergency, and they have always been incredibly accommodating. Most recently, they were able to get my cat in for updated vaccines within 24 hours, which I greatly appreciated. What stands out most is how kind, thoughtful, and honest they are. They never make me feel pressured into additional treatments or services. Instead, they take the time to explain what my pet actually needs and help me make informed decisions. The entire atmosphere is welcoming and comforting. Veterinary visits can be stressful, but every experience I’ve had there has felt calm and positive. Even in the waiting room, clients are chatting with one another and everyone seems genuinely happy to be there. You can tell that the staff have built a practice based on trust, compassion, and a true love for animals. I’m very grateful to have them caring for my pets and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a veterinary team that is knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely cares.

its been almost 2 months since i’ve wanted to leave this review and typing this out isn’t any easier as if it was just yesterday we had to let my maggie go. I was brought to CoTwins by my best-friend, who takes her pups there. Immediately when you walk in you can tell they are different than any other place, in the best ways. Unfortunately and very unexpectedly i had to make the tough decision to put my baby down and everyone at CoTwins helped make it possible by being informative and supporting. i would recommend them forever if you are looking for a caring vet who is in it because they are passionate about animals and actually want to help, they are the people. thank you again cotwins & team i can’t say enough how much i appreciate you guys. ♥️ 🐶

I called them right when they opened and the doctor herself answered. My dog would be a new patient here. She is experiencing some concerning respiratory issues. The doctor was very sweet, calm, and compassionate. She was able to fit us in for a same day appointment. I cannot express how grateful I am for the treatment I received. She listened and calmly explained what they could do to help us.

I cannot say enough good things about CoTwins Veterinary Clinic and especially Dr. Sarah. From the very beginning, they made getting my girl seen in a timely manner a priority, which meant so much during a stressful time. Dr. Sarah took the time to thoroughly review all of Luna’s records and asked so many thoughtful questions to truly understand her condition and history. You can genuinely tell she cares deeply about her patients and wants to look at the whole picture rather than rushing through an appointment. What has stood out to me the most is her compassion and dedication outside of just the office visit itself. She has taken the time to check in on Luna over the weekends and answer my many questions, which means the world to someone like me who is a constant worrier and full-time dog mom. That kind of care, reassurance, and support is something you do not find everywhere. The quality of care, patience, kindness, and genuine compassion we have received from Dr. Sarah and the entire CoTwins team has been exceptional. These ladies that work here are very nice and caring. I took our dog to an ER clinic. They couldn't help our dog. So the next day we called around an Co twins was able to get us in right away. The price isn't an issue I was the point of our dog being sick . His normal vet couldn't help us. Co twins was able to help us. To find out his health was declining slow. However they helped him/ us out. Saved his life thank you. We always wondered why our dog wasn't too playful or anything but after co twins got him feeling back to health he is like a new little puppy playing all the time wanting Lovins thank you cotwins very much for rescuing our dog.

I love dr Sarah she takes good care of my cats if an emergency comes up she trys to get them in as soon as possible. I love all the staff very friendly and nice. Would recommend to anyone
