Amazing service and staff! My mom drives an hour to get us the care we deserve, not to mention what our needy mom needs too. When we pull in I get so excited! Ever since my accident that left me with a rod in my leg the therapy I receive makes me feel young again! Now all my doggie and kitty brothers come her to experience the pawsomeness of this place. I truly cannot begin to express how much we appreciate and love coming to Belpar for our miniature weiner dog. He was diagnosed with IVDD 2 years ago and underwent an operation, we were easily able to get in to see Dr. Meluch to aid in the recovery. Tonight took our appreciation to an entirely new level! We went in for a laser therapy appointment and urine analysis for our little one and come to find out he was retaining urine. Dr. Meluch, Jennifer, and Maggie all stayed well past close to ensure he was properly cared for and made him so much more comfortable. The staff at Belpar goes above and beyond to make you and your pet feel safe and heard. I can not begin to thank them enough for the amazing care they provide and would recommend this office to anyone looking for a veterinarian. Thank you all again for being amazing human beings!!

We had just moved to Massillon and it was my first time to try a vet near my house. I took my cat, Lucy, to get shots. Well she had a reaction several days later with fever, personality changes and she wouldn't eat or drink anything. I did not want to bring her back to the same vet because they didn't think the shots caused it. So I called in tears Belpar Pet Care and explained what happened. They immediately let me bring her in. The kind staff loved on her and babied her like I would and she became so calm. They ended up seeing her twice that week and nursed her back to her old self. Im forever grateful for the TLC they showed Lucy and for the knowledge and experience they had to make her well again! I highly, highly recommend them and would never take Lucy anywhere else!

Love this vet office. The staff is amazing and goes out of their way to make you feel at home. The vets listen, actually listen, and don't make you feel like you're being judged. A wonderful, helpful, no pressure experience. As for how they are with the animals, same. They are patient and caring. They really care for their furry clientele.
