Burnsville Pet Hospital

My first visit to Burnsville Pet Hospital went very good. I took my 13 week old golden retriever in for a routine check up, the receptionist was very kind, the Vet Assistant was great with my puppy and made a follow up phone call to make sure my puppy was doing well. The Vet was also great and provided a thorough examination. Prices seemed to be reasonable.

I love taking my dog here! Every staff member is very friendly and very helpful. I really feel like each person there loves what they do and cares a lot about animals. They answer all my questions very thoroughly, and I feel comfortable asking them anything even if I just want some suggestions on something minor. Their answers are always very logical and don’t seem to be in an effort to get more money from me but to genuinely help. My dog is a bit hyper but they’re so patient with her and gentle with the stuff that makes her nervous. Although I don’t live as close as I used to when I first started going here I don’t care to look for a closer vet because I am very happy with the care they provide here!

Had an annual check up for our whippet baby this past week. It was amazing! Our pup can be quite dramatic, and everyone took their time with him to help him feel more comfortable. We saw Dr Deborah, and she was great! Owns a whippet herself 😉. No long wait times, affordable prices, and friendly faces. They did an excellent job trimming his nails too.

I met Nicole, the new Vet Tech, when I called recently. It was so nice to speak with a real person re: an unusual concern! The automated service is NOT what’s needed or wanted in many cases! She researched and found a medication with both heart guard and flea & tick in one pill! The new Veterinarian was also impressive providing a physical, blood draw and several shots along with providing advice on various concerns! I was happy with the warm, personal service.

The staff and vets at Burnsville Animal Clinic are so amazing, and have helped us from the day we brought our puppy home! They have always been able to squeeze us in in an emergency, work around my messy schedule, and make sure that my pup is living her life as happily and comfortably as possible. Thank you everyone at Burnsville Animal Clinic!

I had the wellness plan that was a monthly charge that ends after a year. Once they were bought out they send you an email saying it now auto renews with no approval. I never authorized auto renewal. I did not see that email. In that time I moved. I called to cancel since I'm changing vets. They said they could not do it at the clinic and someone would reach out. I then called back the next month once I was charged for another month. They said there must had been a mix up and they will have someone follow up with us and cancel. I just got charged another month.Since I have two dogs it's over 200 dollars a month!!!! I'm now disputing the charge and getting a new credit card so they can no longer charge me. The new owners are crooks and all they care about is money and not your animal. I loved having Dr. Joey. The former vets are now in Richfield still working together.

They took very good care of my cat. They were very thorough in examination and communication and she's improving quite well from her issues. They also made her comfortable when she had an extended stay. I highly recommend this place
